This Vacation House is located along the historical Kennon Road just behind the biggest satellite market in Baguio City. Here, just right outside the gate, guests can buy fresh produce from the nearby farmlands. Meat and fish and other essentials can be conveniently purchased. A bank and a supermarket accepting credit cards are just a kilometer away. 7-11 is also walking distance from the property. Best of all, the strategic location is a perfect base / staging point for the vacation trip.

We received One Terribly Bad Review out of Hundreds of Good on July 31, 2022:

When we had the earthquake, there is an unusual stream of insects coming from the fruit garden beside this accommodation. Too address the issue, we cleaned our walls and implemented natural pest control. Cleanliness is the most serious matter to us.

Location is along a national highway. Noise is not that bad but it may be an issue to those who may not be used to living in such area.

Value is acknowledged in her review. It is indeed cheap compared to others. That means, we cannot match hotel-like service, self-entitled guests would like to experience. But we do our best to make it comfortable and convenient.

Accuracy is you book what you see. We do not know what else should have been written to describe our place. But to hopefully to that the review was not as it may seem, we have supplied as of August 2, 2022 - new items such as rice cooker, cleaning pans, kitchen utensils, etc. We have also rechecked our shower heater by a technician.

We hope that the review will not discourage anyone, who would really like to experience how it is personally.
