Sugar Beach Condominiums are located directly on the beach and just steps from sand and the gulf. We are centrally located close to everything! You will love the comfort and modern decor of our condo. For your convenience, USB/ electrical outlets have been installed near sleeper sofa area, upstairs bedside and bar/counter, perfect for charging your cell phones!

Our one bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps 6 guest (4 adults/2 children) and is the perfect spot for your vacation! Our unit is located on the top floor with an indirect view of the Gulf from your own private balcony. Living room has a 50 inch 4K Smart TV. There is Queen size bed and bunk beds in the upstairs (loft style) bedroom with a smart tv and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our unit provides a fully stocked kitchen , breakfast bar with three stools, which saves room and enhances the experience. Unit also contains a FULL size washer and dryer. We also have 5GHz WIFI.

Wonderful amenities await you at Sugar Beach. The complex has 2 elevators, 3 outdoor pools (one heated), a kiddie pool, a large upper level sundeck/lounge area, lighted tennis/pickle ball courts, stainless steel charcoal grills, picnic tables, and a horseshoe pit area. The complex also offers a chair and umbrella service with great daily or weekly rental prices. Sugar Beach has covered parking and onsite security. The most popular amenity is "The Sugar Shack" where you will find refreshing drinks, adult beverages, snacks and sandwiches.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old per HOA

Parking for one car (maximum of two cars for 1 bedroom units), is $35 EXACT CASH or Credit Card accepted per car payable to the guard at gate upon arrival for length of stay. 1 parking pass per unit during HOLIDAY STAY.

We manage our own unit and we are easily accessible. You will not have to deal with a management company, you will communicate with us, the owners. Our goal is to provide you with a personal touch and to make your stay as warm, fun, and inviting as we can make it. Message us or give us a call. Parking is first come first serve. No assigned spots. Parking pass is $35 each, good for your entire stay. CASH (exact) or Credit Card are accepted and will be paid to the security guard at the front gate upon your arrival……..during holidays, only one parking pass allowed, otherwise 2 vehicles allowed during non holidays ($35 each/parking pass).

PLEASE NOTICE: Per HOA policy, you must be 25 years old to check in. Security Guard will check identification.

Other things to note
Please note, condo is set up with a starter pack of supplies when you arrive. 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 trash bags. You are to provide anything extra that you may need. Beach towels are NOT provided, bring your own.
Bath towels in unit are to stay in unit.
