The Savannah Art Pad is a perfect eclectic combination of a historic and trendy, with exposed brick, original wood floors and soaring high ceilings mixed with beautifully decorated art studio aesthetic throughout every detail. Gaze out the large arched windows looking over Broughton Street as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you plan an amazing Savannah adventure!

The space
The condo is an open concept loft featuring original art throughout, including many local artists work. Unique, iconic black and white Keith Haring wall graphics in the bedroom. Sleep soundly on queen size Casper mattresses in the bedroom as well as comfy full thickness, full sized Murphy Bed in the living room that can be easily collapsed when not in use. Additional storage in the closet and multi-purpose furniture, such as fold out desk, to maximize space. Enjoy relaxing in the living room catching up on some of your favorite shows on the smart tv. A stunning, fully equipped chefs kitchen awaits you for any cooking needs. We offer a Keurig and K-cups for your enjoyment!

Fresh towels and linens are provided and spacious bathroom with stand top tiled shower. A hair dryer and Public Goods toiletries provided for your use.

You will be steps away from the famous City Market, one block to the Plant Riverside District and overlooking Broughton St which is overflowing with shops and restaurants! This downtown condo is everything you dreamed of for your Savannah visit! We can't wait to host you!

I have lived here for about 13 years and instantly fell in love with the Southern charm and Spanish Moss draping perfectly over all the live oak trees.
