Located a two minute walk from a sandy beach, Sandy Toes is a contemporary, newly-refurbished villa with private, fully enclosed raised decked area taking in views of the sea and surrounding woodland.
Sleeping up to 5 guests, Sandy Toes is located on the lower tier of this hillside resort and one of the most accessible villas on site, making the single-storey accommodation perfect for guests of all ages.
Millendreath’s south-facing private beach is a short stroll from Sandy Toes, with its stunning views of Looe Island. Enjoy a morning swim, build sandcastles, enjoy an ice cream or dine overlooking the ocean.
The beach is home to a cosy bar/restaurant, cocktail bar, pizza place and watersports hire facility.
The South West Coast Path passes through Millendreath and onto the rugged cliff path, leading to surrounding coastal resorts and beautiful locations, including nearby Looe.
Reached on foot in around 30 minutes, this picturesque fishing harbour, as featured in the hit TV series Beyond Paradise, is home to golden beaches, restaurants, shops and takeaways.
Sandy Toes is presented to a high standard throughout. The open-plan living area has comfy furnishings, Smart TV, electric fire and full-height windows and patio door looking out onto a spacious decked area with patio table and chairs.
The modern gloss kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, built in electric hob and cooker, microwave and retro-style fridge freezer.
To the front of the villa is the main bedroom, with full-height windows, a double bed, built-in wardrobe, storage and USB charging plug.
In the second double bedroom, there is a triple bunk with a full-size double bed on the lower level and a single bed above, providing a versatile option for families. This room also has a single wardrobe, storage and USB charging plug.
No need to pack any bedding as all bedding is included in your stay. Guests are asked to bring their own towels as these are not provided.
In the contemporary shower room there is a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.
Free wifi is provided and there are digital, wall-mounted electric heaters throughout the accommodation.
Other useful items include a hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board, cafetière, high chair, child-friendly cups, cutlery and plates, blankets and parasol. Buckets and spades are among the little extras we also provide to help you make the most of the beautiful beaches on your doorstep.

Unlike many of the villas at Millendreath, which have dozens of steep steps to climb, Sandy Toes has just 7 small steps with a hand rail, making it easier and quicker to access, so you can get your holiday started sooner!

*PARKING: Guests are welcome to drop off/unload their vehicle outside the villa (30 minutes max.) before returning to the onsite car park, a couple of minute's stroll away. The large, privately-run car park and overflow car park offer plenty of onsite parking. Up to a week's parking costs £20.
* Up to two dogs are welcome to stay at a cost of £30 per break. Please get in touch in advance if you would like to bring your fur babies!
Millendreath Beach is dog-friendly with dogs welcome all day between October and April and before 9am or after 6pm from May to September. There are also acres of onsite woodland to explore.

Sandy Toes is a self-contained, single-storey villa with its own private decked area and entrance. You will have full use of the accommodation and decking throughout your stay. Unlike many of the villas at Millendreath, which have dozens of steep steps to climb, Sandy Toes is located on a lower tier, making it easier/quicker to access, so you can get your holiday started sooner!
Other things to note
Sandy Toes is a family-friendly villa and whilst we accept up to 5 guests, this is restricted to families with up to three children or couples. We do not accept group adult bookings. No parties/events.
All bedding is included. *Guests should bring their own towels as no towels are provided.
Up to two dogs are welcome at Sandy Toes. We request that dogs are not allowed on the soft furnishings, and should not be left alone in the accommodation.
Sandy Toes is a non smoking property, and smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the property or on the wooden decking area.
For safety reasons, barbecues are not permitted on the wooden decking area.
