Our cosy, contemporary hillside villa is one of the most accessible onsite and located a short stroll from the sandy shores of Millendreath's private beach, where you'll find a rustic Beach Shack and bar serving delicious food, drinks and cakes, a water sports hire facility and direct access to the stunning South West Coast Path.
Sandy Toes is presented to a high standard throughout and has a spacious, enclosed decking area with views over the woodland valley and sea beyond.
The open-plan living space is decorated in soft neutral tones and equipped with comfy furnishings, Smart TV, electric fire and full-height windows and patio doors leading to the wooden deck and patio dining table.
To the front of the villa is a double bedroom with full-height windows overlooking woodland, a built-in wardrobe, storage and USB charging plug. The second bedroom has a triple bunk with full-size double bed and a single bed above, providing a versatile option for families. This room also has a single wardrobe, storage and USB charging plug.
The modern gloss kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, built in electric hob and cooker, microwave and retro-style fridge freezer, and in the contemporary shower room there is a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.
No need to pack any bedding as this is included in your stay, as is free wifi and all electric/utilities. *Please bring your own towels.
Sleeping up to 5 guests, Sandy Toes is located on the lowest tier of the hillside, with only 7 small steps and a handrail leading up to the single-storey accommodation - perfect for guests of all ages.
We understand that your four-legged friends are part of the family, so they are very welcome at Sandy Toes too!
Buckets, spades and bodyboards are among the little extras we like to provide to ensure our guests can make the most of their beachside escape.
Sandy Toes is a tranquil base for exploring Cornwall, either on foot or by car. The South West Coast Path passes through Millendreath and onto the rugged cliff path, leading to surrounding coastal resorts and beautiful locations such as Looe, a charming historic harbour town and setting for the hit BBC series Beyond Paradise, which can be reached on foot in around 30 minutes.
*PARKING: Guests are welcome to drop off/unload their vehicle outside the villa (30 minutes max.) before returning to the onsite car park, a couple of minute's stroll away. The large, privately-run car park and overflow car park offer plenty of onsite parking. Up to a week's parking costs £20.
* Up to two dogs are welcome to stay at a cost of £30 per break.
Dogs are welcome on Millendreath Beach all day between October and April and before 9am or after 6pm from May to September. There are acres of onsite woodland to explore and nearby Plaidy and Seaton Beaches are dog-friendly all year round.

Guest access
Sandy Toes is a self-contained, single-storey villa with its own private decked area and entrance. You will have full use of the accommodation and decking throughout your stay. Unlike many of the villas at Millendreath, which have dozens of steep steps to climb, Sandy Toes is located on the lowest tier of the hillside, making it easier/quicker to access, so you can get your holiday started sooner! There are 7 small steps with handrail up to the villa.
Other things to note
Sandy Toes is a family-friendly villa and whilst we accept up to 5 guests, this is restricted to families with up to three children or couples. We do not accept group adult bookings. No parties/events.
All bedding is included. *Guests should bring their own towels as no towels are provided.
Up to two dogs are welcome at Sandy Toes. Dogs are not allowed on the soft furnishings, and should not be left alone in the accommodation.
Sandy Toes is a non smoking property, and smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the property or on the wooden decking area.
For safety reasons, barbecues are not permitted on the wooden decking area.
