The space
This cozy unit features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area. Guests can enjoy shared access to a custom plunge pool, gazebo retreat, air-conditioned gym with Smart TV and shower, games room, BBQ area, and outdoor seating spaces. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the property also includes one designated garage parking space.

Guest access
Our property can accommodate two families or groups at the same time. As a result, the pool, gym, games room, garage, and outdoor areas are shared spaces for all guests.

We kindly ask that all guests respect one another, follow the house rules, and leave all shared areas clean and tidy after use.

Please note that guests staying in the downstairs unit are not permitted to access the staircase or any upper-level areas, as these are reserved exclusively for guests in the upstairs unit.

The games room is available for everyone to enjoy. When it is not in use, please leave it vacant to help minimize noise and avoid disturbing guests in the upstairs unit.

Your designated covered parking space is Garage 1. Additional parking is available in the yard, provided the garages are not blocked, or on the street where permitted. Please note that any vehicles parked on the street are parked at the owner's risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, or incidents involving those vehicles.

Other things to note
The property is located in a moderately rural area, so we recommend bringing any essentials with you or stopping in Portmore to shop. While there is a small shop nearby, product availability may be limited. For added convenience, K&M offers grocery and household item delivery to the property. A car is also recommended to comfortably access the beach, restaurants, and other nearby attractions.
