Conveniently located near public beach access, you’ll find your vacation retreat to be a quick 2-minute drive, 5-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk, to the beach. When you're not at the beach, enjoy the on-site pool or relax on one of three furnished balconies with coastal views. Included with your rental are 3 bicycle beach cruisers to bike one of the island's many trails. Walk 5 minutes to the kayak launch to fish or boat the Intercoastal waterway. For those desiring nature, Gulf Islands National Seashore (one of ten in the U.S.) and Perdido Beach State Park are less than 5 minutes away.

With over 2,700 square feet, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The open-concept main floor is perfect for gathering with loved ones, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample dining space for family meals or game nights.

The second floor offers a luxurious master suite with a king-size bed, private balcony, and a spa-like bathroom complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

The third floor is a family-friendly haven with two additional bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms. These bedrooms provide cozy retreats, one with a queen bed and water views and another with a full bed and twin bunk beds and access to a third balcony—a perfect spot for fun and games.

Entire home excepting two locked closets used to store the owner's supplies.

Access to the home is through keyless entry using the August app. There is also a keypad as an additional means of entry.

Codes for the pool and pool house will be provided upon booking.

Other things to note
A golf cart is available for guests and makes getting around Perdido Key easy and fun. It’s perfect for quick trips to the beach, nearby restaurants, and local attractions without needing to move your car. The cart is conveniently stored in the garage and is fully available with a refundable security deposit.
