FULLY renovated in November 2024! Salty Daze is a ground-level private accommodation nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach. No detail has been overlooked in this home! From the private pool surrounded by the tropical oasis of a backyard to the professionally decorated interior. You'll find everything you need to make this your best vacation to Anna Maria Island! The stunning beaches are about a 7 min walk away and can easily be accessed by bike as well. There are bikes available for your use.

The space
The interior features a gourmet kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal at home. This light and airy unit features plenty of space for everyone to spread out but still spend quality time together. With plenty of seating for everyone, there is a dining table with 4 chairs as well as seating around the bar.
There are two large flat screen TVs, one in the living area and the other in the Master bedroom.

The sleeping arrangements can comfortably accommodate a group of 6 with a king sized bed in the bedroom, a twin sized Murphy bed in the living area as well as a queen sized pull-out sleeper sofa.

+ The pool has a heating and cooling function. Pool will be heated during winter months with no additional charge to guests.

Pet Policy and Info
+ We welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate certain breeds known for aggressive behavior.
+ Guests are allowed to bring up to two pets. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing more than one pet.
+ Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
+ Pets must not be left unattended inside the property.
+ Dog park is a block away to the East.
+ Preferably, pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please cover the furniture with a sheet or blanket if you do so.
+ Please bring your own pet bedding.
+ Pet fee is $50 a stay

Palmetto bugs
+ Due to the weather in Florida and especially in the summer months, I would like to remind guests to please keep all doors and windows closed.
+ Our pest control service treats the inside/outside regularly but unfortunately bugs find a way in occasionally. This is absolutely not a reflection of the cleanliness of the property. Our property is meticulously cleaned after every guest.
