We’re so happy to welcome you to our Florida home and hope you have a relaxing stay at Saltwater Siesta.
No smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside the house, garage, or lanai.
No parties, events, or gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed on the property (insurance requirement).
Rental agreement, pre-arrival form, and Truvi guest verification are required before arrival (insurance requirement)
Exterior security cameras are located at entry points only (front door, garage, pool gates).
Located near SRQ airport; occasional airplane noise is possible.
Quiet residential, multigenerational neighborhood — please keep noise respectful day and night.
No daily housekeeping service; the home is professionally cleaned between guests.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Amenities and household furnishings may occasionally change or need to be updated due to unexpected maintenance and/or unexpected damage, wear and tear. We will always do our very best to replace, repair and return the property to listed conditions and will always communicate to guests the best we can. We appreciate your understanding.
The home receives regular professional pest control; in our tropical setting, a small friendly critter may still try to say hello. Please keep doors and windows closed for best prevention.
The saltwater pool is professionally serviced twice weekly. Because it is uncaged, occasional debris may fall in; a skimmer is provided.
Refunds are not provided for minor pest sightings or leaves in the pool.
Dogs:
One fully house trained small dog allowed with prior approval ($200 fee). A second may be considered for an additional fee.
Must be house-trained, crated when left alone, kept off furniture, and not allowed in the pool.
Proof of flea/tick prevention required.
We provide a crate, bowls, mats, and leash.
No cats or other pets allowed.
