The space
Upstairs - 2 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen) 1 bath renovated in 2017 with all new appliances, cabinets and granite countertops! 3 blocks to the beach short 5 minute walk. Located in a quiet neighborhood setting. Walk to the village in 10 minutes! Includes wifi, cable tv, washer/dryer.

Private deck and outdoor patio with a gas grill.

You can rent bikes, great way to get around the island. Ocean Motion is 3 blocks from our place and rents bikes, kayaks, paddles boards etc.

If a golf cart if more your speed try Island carts 4 rent.

Sheets, towels, and basic toiletries starter kit such as soap, dish soap, dish washer pods, and a laundry pod are provided.
- The Kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, crock pot, blender many more items, also gas grill on private patio with grilling utensils.
- Mr. Coffee Coffee Maker
- heating and air ecobee Thermostat; guests control temperature.
- 55" Smart TV in living space equipped with Netflix, and other apps.
- Wifi is available.
- Driveway parking provided for three vehicles depending on size.
- Bluetooth speaker in bathroom to stream your favorite music while showering!

Guest access
Guest have a separate private entrance with keypad access and are given a code to get in prior to check in. Private Deck with seating and umbrella upstairs, private concrete patio with gas grill and seating downstairs. Downstairs is a separate rental with separate parking, patio, and back yard space.

Other things to note
This is an upstairs downstairs duplex, we rent the entire place or upstairs and downstairs separately. So there may be other guests on the property but the entrances and outdoor spaces are separate.

My husband John and I purchased our home on Saint Simons Island in March of 2016 and have spent the last few years renovating both the upstairs and downstairs and have lived in both units. Currently we live about a mile away and are available as needed. We love being within walking/biking/golf cart distance to the Pier Village area and so close to the beach. We are excited to be able to share our piece of paradise with guests.
