Beautiful family apartment on the 6th floor with ocean views. It has hammocks, a living room, a dining room with 6 spaces, a counter with 3 spaces, a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms of which 1 master has a private bathroom, the other is a double with a full attached bathroom, 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed attached to another bedroom that has 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, both share the third full bathroom. We are located in the Torre Oceánica building, which has 24/7 security and cameras.

The space
The apartment has a spectacular view because it's on the corner. There are no neighbors on the left side, guaranteeing an incredible, more extended ocean view. The building's closed guardhouse provides tranquility.

You have access to communal areas such as a pool for both children and adults, direct access to the beach, 1 private parking.

The apartment has 1 private parking space within the building. In case you come with two vehicles, the second one must be parked outside, next to the security booth and the guest capacity is a maximum of 8 people.

Our apartment is oceanfront, the sea breeze can sometimes bring a little sand with it. Although we clean very carefully, you may find some grains of sand, dust, or glasses a little tarnished by the sea breeze, which is something very typical of living so close to the beach. 🌊✨
