A quiet place, very nice and the hosts are always attentive and very friendly 😼👍🏽

We really enjoyed the stay with my family, the apartment is very nice, quiet, clean and safe, in addition to the fact that the building staff is very friendly.

I wrote directly to her but I do not think she understood. Only one small complaint. The large coffee is a leg monster. I have bruises all up and down my legs from the corners of that glass table. Round them off or get a new type of coffee table. I almost tossed it out the window several times. We really enjoyed staying there even though the 11 story hike up with groceries just about did me in......... No fault of the owners, just the government power shutdowns.

Recommended for a weekend, very close to Salinas. Alberto is a very good host always pending!

The Penthouse is amazing, gorgeous, clean, with the elevator opening in the living room! Is in a super safe building with private Garage with electric doors , jacuzzi, balcony, terrace with a wonderful view, walking distance to the amazing Chipipe beach, restaurants, markets, stores, everything that you need. Now about Maite and Rene, they are Super Hosts for a reason: They are wonderful !, made us feel like family, kept us up to date to every little piece of needed information, made us feel at home and we really enjoyed our worries free vacation. I would give them 5 or the maximum stars allowed ! Not only for their cozy apartment but also, and more importantly, because of the super hosts Maite and Rene!

The place has a spectacular view, by far you see as splashean las whales, the apartment is super comfortable spacious, it has three large bathrooms with hot water, three bedrooms equipped with closets and sofas beds, in all environments there are air conditioning and ceiling fans, the place is very safe to walk at night to the restaurants, the apto is very close to the Colon hotel, it has a very private beach in front of the building when crossing the street that is practically just for the sector, a great detail is that the administration guys are very helpful and friendly, return the next time you visit Salinas 100% recommended

Nice place with beautiful sea view, comes with everything you need for a large family. In addition, the people who take care of the house are kind, willful and zero impertinent. The only disadvantage was that the beach in that sector, has a lot of rock which does not allow you to fully enjoy, since by walking you can hurt your feet. However, worth the place, great location.

The house is very nicely laid out, the best is that each room has its bathroom. Mariana, the gentleman who helps with the cleaning is very helpful

a spacious house with comfortable bedrooms, and independent bathrooms, large social area with own pool, bbq area, is located in a private development with a communal house consisting of an invifity pool overlooking the sea and a very extensive private beach, the development also coast a lake with kayaks and is the safest urbanization in the country, the house is located between Salinas and San Pablo, places where recommended restaurants are easily found as well as several recreational activities

A very comfortable apartment, the location is perfect, it is not in the middle of the seawall of Salinas, that generates a lot of tranquility in the stay. Very easy access to the beach, with good restaurants near the building, for breakfast, lunch and breakfast. The apartment is accurate in the photos, with all amenities, and very clean. The spectacular view, recommended.

I don't think I could say enough about this beautiful and magical place, if you want a dream vacation it doesn't get better than this place, is a gorgeous and modern apartment , with spectacular sea views and just across from the safe streets is the beautiful beach in Chipipe Salinas, a quiet and super clean relaxing getaway, the aparment is equip with all you need to cook and served a family meal, super confortable for a large family, and the staff will be there at your service anytime of need, safe transportation can be arranged with reception at any time,and the best to feed the entire family and save some money is the nearby supermarket , where you will find all you need. I don't want to go anywhere else for a dream vacation but this place in Salinas, Karol is a Superhost, and she will make you feel as if it was your own place, and that to me is a home away from home. This is my second time and hopefully, it will be my 3rd in the future with the company of my loved ones.Thank you!

Wonderful and cozy place, very comfortable and with a wonderful view of the sea

Beth’s place was great. She worked with me to get me in as quickly as possible. It was clean and comfortable. Great shower, comfortable bed and awesome view. The area was quiet, away from all the loud party people on the other end of the Melicon. The only drawback was if you are staying more than a weekend, there no laundry services nearby. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!
