Just 15 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, Saguaro Retreat is the ideal desert getaway surrounded by cactus, succulents and a landscape that can only be found in the desert.

Several high chairs, crib with added mattress, Apple TV, Playstation, and child-friendly fenced front yard make this a great family friendly home. Brand new HVAC keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter.

The space
CLEANING UPDATE: We are following Airbnb's COVID-19 enhanced cleaning and sanitizing guidelines. We are using disinfectants recommended by the CDC to effectively sanitize surfaces from COVID-19. We are also creating a 24 hour buffer after cleaning and prior to each guest's check-in for added safety.

This large, open concept home is the perfect place for a gathering of family and friends. The home was just renovated and offers plenty of seating for dinners, and living spaces for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful desert landscape. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans, spices, mixing bowls, small appliances, and a full set of cooking utensils - everything your group would need!

The comfortable front room features a cozy HD Buttercup sofa with seating for your family or group to relax and watch TV. The elegant back room features a leather Natuzzi sofa facing the huge open view towards the Saguaro, Joshua Tree, and the lush garden. Each of the three bedrooms features a queen-size Tuft & Needle mattress. Play your music on the Sonos sound system, watch TV on the Apple TV or the DVD player, or listen to our collection of records.

Guest access
You will be sent a number code for the front door upon booking. Your code will be active ONLY during the time of your stay. An email will be sent as soon as the booking is confirmed with instructions and your personal code. Any questions or problems, feel free to contact us. Guests have access to the entire house. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Other things to note
There is a small section of dirt road right before getting to the home. We recommend arriving before dark so the road can be navigated carefully. If you drive slowly on the dirt road, you should have no issues.

We have come to love the High Desert for all its natural beauty, unique experiences, and the strong community that exists there. We love welcoming guests at our home in Yucca Valley so they can experience what we have come to love about the High Desert.
