Abundant Natural Light: Embrace the Arizona sunshine flooding through three skylights and numerous windows, creating a warm and vibrant living space.

Outdoor Bliss: Enjoy al fresco dining in the courtyard, perfect for savoring Arizona's beautiful weather, or unwind with a drink after a day of hiking or biking. The fully-fenced backyard offers peace and privacy, creating a serene oasis.

Dedicated Workspace: Need to work remotely? A separate and spacious office/den awaits, equipped with high-speed WiFi for seamless connectivity.

Comfort and Privacy: Light-filtering honeycomb blinds adorn all rooms for privacy, while room-darkening curtains in both bedrooms ensure restful sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized Helix Midnight mattress for your sleeping comfort.

The main hallway bathroom was fully remodeled in March 2025. The saguaro wallpaper is a nod to the iconic saguaro cactus that you'll find everywhere in Tucson.

Guests have access to our entire property, with the exception of a locked owner's closet in the garage and another in the hallway inside the unit.

The garage can accommodate two smaller vehicles, or one larger (but not oversized) one.
*Please note- Garage height clearance is 7 feet.

Overnight driveway parking is not permitted, per HOA. Vehicles must park inside garage. Visitor spots available nearby in the complex, but not guaranteed to be available during your stay.

Other things to note
We do *not* have cable TV. Our TVs are smart TVs capable of accessing your streaming services.

PackNPlay available upon request.

*Damage Waiver Included:
Your reservation automatically includes a $3,000 damage waiver policy, which covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay.
If you would prefer to opt out of the damage waiver and instead pay a refundable security deposit, please let your host know before booking, or immediately after your reservation is made, so we can make the necessary adjustments.

Small townhouse community with only 48 units. Very quiet, with respectful neighbors. Centrally located, so it's easy to get around town. Plenty of grocery stores and other shopping nearby.
