Sunset Sage is a bright, playful desert getaway with two spacious king bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a stylish open-concept living space. The layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas for effortless flow ~ perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the sun-soaked interiors.

Every room was remodeled and thoughtfully styled in a playful, modern desert-boho aesthetic. Outside, you'll find stunning valley and mountain views, cozy back patio seating under bistro lights, and a dining table just steps from the kitchen’s flip-out serving window. Lounge in the cowboy tub, unwind in the hot tub, or rinse off in the outdoor cold shower.

The converted garage is now a vibrant game room with a pool table, sofa, and hanging chair—an artful space to chill or compete. The fenced-in front yard features custom cornhole and loungers, while a cactus garden path leads from each bedroom directly to your outdoor oasis. Fire up the bbq, gather by the fire pit, and take in the stars.

- Avoid entering with sunscreen, body oils, or lotions
- Do not bring pets into or near the water
- Keep alcohol away from the hot tub and pool area
- Never stand, sit, or place anything on the covers
- Always heat the hot tub with the cover on (please don’t add stove-heated water!)
- Secure the spa covers after use—they’re for insulation only, not weight-bearing

* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM

* Per county regulations, any reported noise violations after 10 PM may result in a $1,000 fine issued to the property owner

If a county citation is issued due to guest activity, the full amount will be charged to the reservation holder.

We love sharing our space with guests, and we ask that you respect our neighbors and help us stay in good standing with the community.

To help monitor this, we use a non-recording decibel meter in the backyard. It simply alerts us if sound exceeds county limits after hours.
