The space
In terms of comfort, our eco-friendly house has all the modern amenities you would expect. The house is brand new, with a rustic style and a modern touch. It consists of a complete apartment with spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable beds. There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen-size bed with a nightstand, and a workspace with a desk and swivel chair; another bedroom with a double bed and nightstand; and closets in all bedrooms. There is a small space in the living room for a single sofa bed. All bedrooms have double curtains appropriate for the space and reading lamps for the evening. The apartment has two full, modern, and comfortable bathrooms.
A fully equipped kitchen will make you feel right at home, with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils, as well as two stoves: one gas and one induction. We also have entertainment areas, including a cozy living room, a fully furnished dining room, a hammock on the patio, and a spacious entertainment area with a ping-pong table and games. This area also has storage space. There is an outdoor shower and a full bathroom in the social area. A barbecue area, oven, and wood-burning stove are available for enjoying meals outdoors. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is about a four-minute walk to downtown San Pedro de Vilcabamba. Most of the residents are senior citizens. Since it is a valley of longevity, most are active and helpful people. They are very friendly, trustworthy, cordial and honest people.
