Great Location in centrally located medical center. Quick drive to hospitals, shopping, theme parks, and highways. Centrally located, it’s: 10 minutes from La Cantera, The Rim shopping center, and Fiesta Texas. 15 minutes from Lackland AFB and SeaWorld and 20 minutes from the Airport, Downtown and the Riverwalk.

The space
Our lovely City Farmhouse home is a two story house with a semi-open floor plan and three bedrooms and two and half baths offers enough space to accommodate nine guests. The entire home as been remodeled with high end farmhouse vibes. It is located in a small peaceful neighborhood with quick access to I-10 highway.

Downstairs: As soon as you walk in you will feel at home. An open living room equipped with an additional reading/sitting area shares a wide open space with a beautiful dining room that seats six very comfortably. Off the dining room is a short hallway with easy access to a powder room and large pan tree and laundry room. Keep walking down the hall into a beautiful Chefs kitchen with white subway tiles and plenty of space, gadgets, and white appliances to get creative in. Want to bring outside inside? Open the back French doors and have access to a wonderful outdoor sitting area equipped with cafe table and egg chair.

Upstairs: You are immediately welcomed by a well designed loft with plenty of natural light. The large couch converts to a pullout and a large television is flanked by bookshelves which house entertainment options, and games for all ages. Off the loft is the a full guest bathroom stocked with all necessities. Down the hall there are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, two of which of have a dedicated office space for those who might need to work while away. The master bedroom has a large wall-in closet and on suite equipped with a soaker tub for those who enjoy taking a relaxing bath.

We provide free high speed Wifi, fresh towels and linens, gourmet coffee beans, assorted sweeteners and creamer, and light snacks.

Are you a family with little ones? We provide a high chair and pack-n-play, and have installed baby gates at both top and bottom of the stairs for child safety.

Additional items such as an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, and a washer and dryer are all provided.

We also love fur babies so the home is pet friendly with a big back yard.

Guest access
The City Farmhouse has keyless entry and code will be provided prior to your arrival. Guests are able to access the entire house, patio, backyard, and garage.

Other things to note
Two surveillance cameras are placed for your additional security: one focused on the driveway and front door, and one monitoring the backyard.

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations in accordance with the CDC guidelines.

Small pets allowed with a $100 non-refundable pet deposit fee per pet.

Hey y’all, we’re Cedrric and Candice Trevino and we’re just two regular folks who are lovebirds in real life! We are Texas natives and current San Antonio residents. We enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends, but when COVID-19 happened, we decided to start a new adventure! We moved and we turned our home into an airbnb! Now we have two listed and are currently renovating our third. We are here to help make your stay in our airbnb and in San Antonio, the best possible! The City Farmhouse is so special to us because it was our very first home! From having our wedding cake in this home, to our first thanksgiving dinner together as a married couple, to finally enjoying our last night in our first home before our move, this house means so much to us! The Luxe Med Center offers a luxury experience in the medical center. It was our second home and we spent the majority of quarantine making memories in this house. We renovated every inch of this space, and we hope you love it as much as we do! We hope you make amazing memories in our homes, and experience as much love during your stay as we have in the past 8 years we have owned these homes.
