This is our beautiful two-story house in the valley of San Marcos. The house has many windows with lots of light, a balcony with lake view, orthopedic king bed. There is also a desk, full vegetarian kitchen (no meat allowed), vitamix, Starlink wifi, and while house UV filter. Additional berkey filter for drinking water. There is an additional room in a separate building in the back with full bed. Lots of living space and plenty of room for yoga practice. Quiet space yet a close walk to town.

The space
Our home is full of beautiful handmade wood furniture with custom details. The windows have been also custom-made to allow lots of light. There are some small luxuries that you don’t often get when traveling. It is a two story home and the entire upstairs is the bedroom and workspace downstairs is an L couch and a full kitchen and bathroom. There is hot water on all taps. Excellent shower. Starlink Wi-Fi which is very dependable and fast. Weekly house cleaning if you are staying more than one week.

Guest access
The laundry area is not included in your stay and this is just for our house cleaners use. If you would like your laundry done while you are here please ask and I will try to arrange this. The cost is Q60 per load including wash and dry. We have a full-time gardener on the property 5 days a week M-F.

Other things to note
We have 4 cats and they live here, Must be cat lover and be ok with feeding them each day, dry food very easy. my housekeeper also feeds them when she is here. they are mostly outdoor but some of them also like to sleep in sometimes at night.

we have a wood fired temezcal (sauna/steam) for use on the property. It is next to the house. It can be reserved for you privately and you are welcome to invite a couple of friends. We need a little bit of notice for this service, the day before is ideal or at least a few hours. cost is Q150 and you can use it up to 2 hours past reservation time.
