Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2200 sq. ft. cabin, including all three bedrooms, bathrooms, the game room, the kitchen, and living areas. You will also have full access to the expansive outdoor decks, the hot tub, fire pit, and all other amenities on the property. Enjoy the peace and seclusion of your own personal mountain retreat with a private entrance and keyless entry.

THINGS TO KNOW!
- You will need to e-sign a Renters agreement that will include the dates of your stay, this agreement is in a central POC system
- Please read and agree to the House Rules before booking
- Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
- This cabin sleeps 10 guests maximum.
- No Pets, please make arrangements for your furry family member prior to arrival
- No Smoking or Vaping, additional cleaning fee will apply in excess of $500
- The Road leading upto the cabin is Single lane and you can use the turnout further ahead of the cabin to make U turns.
- This cabin is easily accessible and situated close to major attractions in Smoky Mountains
- We provide a fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, tableware and silverware for many! We also provide cocktail glasses and utensils. Plus, everything is brand new and high-end.
- We provide all bedding/linens, bath towels, wash cloths and even luxury basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash.
- During Peak Snow Season January/February, the Roads leading upto the Cabin can get heavy snow and be advised to use a 4x4/AWD to get around the area.
- We provide Limited Propane Tanks for Gas Grill and Firepit - but please note that if the Tank runs empty , guest have the option to refill it at the local convenience store
- We provide a complimentary starter pack of luxury toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper to get your vacation kicked off seamlessly!
Note: Any additional supplies needed during your stay (beyond the starter pack) will need to be bought by guest.
