Picnic table and hammock in back yard.

Home Details:
1st bedroom with King bed.
2nd bedroom with Queen bed plus Full size trundle bed.
Bedding and pillows provided. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living area.
Bathroom has a shower only (no bath tub). Bath towels provided. Shampoos, soaps, toothpaste and other amenities are available to you.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook meals and bake. Appliances include dishwasher, full size frig, microwave, Breville Multi-Use Super Convection Oven, slow cooker, toaster, Magic Bullet, margarita machine, blender and drip coffee maker. Deep fryer to be utilized on back porch only. Plenty of dishware, silverware, serving and storage bowls. Plasticware and paper plates if you do not want to wash dishes.
Dining area has a tall table with 4 tall chairs. Bar has 2 tall chairs.
Living area has couches that comfortably seat 5. One 58” Roku Smart TV in living room with local TV channels, Netflix available or add your own app. Reliable WIFI.
Full size washer & dryer located off back porch. Clothes soap and dryer sheets available to you.

Yard Details:
Large, completely fenced in yard when gate is closed. Safe for children and pets to run around. Partly shaded with trees. Plenty of parking for your vehicle(s) and boat (not in the backyard). This is a quiet neighborhood. We know the neighbors.
*BBQ pit is available for your use. Must water down the ground around the pit before using. BBQ tools, foil pans and foil available. Pit must be cleaned after using and covered before leaving. $25 fee if not cleaned and covered.
Picnic table and hammock available for use.

Guest access
The entire house and fenced yard is available to guests.

Other things to note
*Pets welcomed, 1 per household per stay. $100 fee per stay. Must be kenneled if inside and unsupervised. Cost for damages caused by pet will be covered by guest and reimbursed to owner.

*The toilet flows to a SEPTIC SYSTEM. Flush ONLY toilet paper and what nature provides. ZERO feminine/masculine products in the toilet. Personal waste bags provided for discreet throw away into the trash can.

*No smoking as this home is a smoke free home.

*Air conditioner must not go below 68 degrees to stay cool in the summer or higher than 77 degrees to stay warm in the winter.

*Outside gate to be closed at night.

*No parking in the backyard behind the house. Open parking on the side.

*Supplies and amenities provided for guests as needed. We ask that you be respectful and not wasteful.

*House guests include ONLY those listed on the reservation. Notification required if any update.
