Guest access
Guest access- Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo unit during their stay.
Common areas such as hallways, lobby, and elevators are shared with other residents.
Pool Access – The swimming pool is available for an additional fee of ₱150 per person per entry, (₱300 during holidays) payable directly to the condo admin/security. Swimming pool is closed every Monday for cleaning schedule.
Parking is subject to availability within the condominium.
Motorcycle parking- is free of charge (first come, first served basis)
For 4-wheel vehicle- ₱300/night parking fee may apply (subject to availability)
24/7 security and reception are available for guest assistance.

Self check in- The unit follows a self-check-in process, door passcode and the check-in instructions will be provided to you upon your arrival.
Guest access- Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo unit during their stay.
Common areas such as hallways, lobby, and elevators are shared with other residents.
Swimming pool access- is available for an additional fee of ₱150 per person per access (payable to the condo admin). Pool hours and rules are set by the building management. Swimming pool is close every Monday for cleaning schedule

Guest Authorization Form – Required by the condominium management upon entry. A valid ID and authorization form (provided by host) must be presented to security upon arrival.
Security Deposit – May be required for longer stays (refundable upon check-out if no damages).
Cleaning Service – The unit is cleaned before check-in. For additional cleaning during your stay, especially for longer stays. Please request in advance, extra fee applies (₱450/cleaning)
Laundry- there is no available any laundry equipment inside the unit. However, there is available laundry services outside the building few steps away beside the TESDA BLDG.
WiFi – Provided for free speed upto 200mbps
Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must be listed in GAF, pre-approved and required to present valid ID.
Noise Policy – Please respect neighbors; quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Honesty Store- is available inside the unit with snacks, drinks, and essentials.Each item is price-labeled. Payment can be made via GCash or through the honesty cash box provided. Kindly settle before check-out.
