Please note that this property is located in the heart of the University of Michigan campus area, directly across from athletic facilities and within walking distance of campus, Michigan Stadium (“The Big House”), Yost Ice Arena, and other university venues.
Because of the location, the neighborhood is active and includes student housing nearby. During the academic year, guests may occasionally experience noise from students, sporting events, campus activities, pedestrian traffic, or university operations. If you are a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise, this property may not be the best fit. We recommend bringing earplugs or a white noise machine if you prefer a very quiet environment.
Additionally, the apartment is located on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator in the building. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs and carrying luggage up four flights.
