The Rose Cliff House comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with a blend of comfort and luxury across three beautifully appointed bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and its own private living area with a TV and sofa, offering an added touch of privacy.
The other two bedrooms also include queen beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.
For added flexibility, the master bedroom sofa lays flat as an additional single bed, and a single mattress is available and can be moved into the gym/office room.

The bathrooms are designed for relaxation and convenience.
The main bathroom boasts heated floors, a heated towel rack, a full bathtub, a standing shower, and a toilet.
The second bathroom is a powder room with a standing shower but NO toilet.
At least one towel is provided for each guest, ensuring a comfortable stay.
• KITCHEN & DINING •
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer. Guests will also find metal and plastic utensils, six plates, six bowls, mugs, and various drinking glasses. Additionally, there are plastic plates for children, a simple pan, baking sheet, pot, rice cooker, blender, knife set, cutting board, basic spices, wine opener, and scissors. While the space is compact and best suited for light cooking rather than elaborate meals, it’s perfect for preparing breakfast, snacks, or simple dinners. Please plan accordingly, as specialty kitchen tools or appliances may not be available.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining table comfortably seats four, offering a cozy setting for shared meals indoors. For a more scenic dining experience, guests can also enjoy their meals on the deck, where they can soak in breathtaking views of the Puget Sound.
• LIVING SPACE •
The main living area is furnished with a 60-inch TV, Google Chromecast, and a PS4 connection for entertainment. It includes a couch and two individual sofa chairs, making it a great spot for relaxation and socializing. A smaller living area is also located within the master bedroom, complete with a sofa for added comfort.
• GYM & OFFICE •
The gym/office is a hybrid space perfect for staying active and productive during your stay. Featuring a SOLE elliptical, and an office desk with monitor, it’s a great place to work from home and get a workout in.
• SPA & DECK •
Step outside to your own private oasis, accessible via stone steps. The expansive deck is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in views of the Puget Sound. The highlight of the outdoor area is the large saltwater swim spa, available year-round for your relaxation and enjoyment. It comfortably fits 6 adults and the jets allow you to swim in place. With heaters and ample seating, it’s an ideal spot for gathering with friends or simply unwinding after a day of exploring.
Please note: Access to the deck and spa is via uneven stone steps and there is no railing. Additionally, the spa itself does not have built-in steps or handrails for entry. A moderate level of fitness is recommended, and access may be challenging for older guests or those with mobility concerns.
The spa temperature is professionally preset and seasonally adjusted for safety, comfort, and maintenance. Guests are not permitted to change the temperature settings.
• PARKING •
Parking options include ample public parking along the cul-de-sac street and driveway parking next to the Airbnb entrance, which accommodates one car width-wise. Guests are requested to avoid blocking neighboring driveways and should park near the carport entrance without driving too far into it, due to its narrow width. This ensures convenient and secure parking throughout your stay.

Experience easy access to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and the vibrant Downtown Seattle.
In addition, the Rose Cliff House is convenient for excursions to major attractions such as Mount Rainier, Alkai Beach, Bellevue, and Snoqualmie Pass.

By booking, you agree to abide by all house rules. We take these rules seriously to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to maintain the peace in our quiet residential neighborhood. Please note that any violations, particularly regarding loud noise, will NOT be tolerated. Our home is situated in a peaceful community, and we are committed to respecting our neighbors’ tranquility. Any breach of these rules may result in immediate intervention, including involvement of law enforcement.
• CLEANING TRANSPARENCY •
We value transparency and want guests to know what to expect regarding cleanliness. After each stay, our cleaning team performs a light clean, which includes washing and replacing all sheets and towels, lightly cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, and rinsing showers), dusting, vacuuming, mopping with a Roborock robot, and light cleaning of stoves, ovens, and microwaves. While we strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, light cleans are not perfect, and you may notice minor imperfections. Every few weeks, our cleaning team performs a deep clean, which is a more detailed and thorough process to ensure the home remains fresh and well-maintained. We encourage you to read our reviews, where guests consistently praise the cleanliness of our home! Additionally, the hot tub is cleaned every two weeks, including water testing, adjustments, and debris removal. A deeper clean is performed quarterly or bi-annually when the hot tub is drained and cleaned. While maintenance interruptions are rare, they may occur to ensure optimal cleanliness and safety.
• CLEANING POLICY •
We believe in transparency and convenience for our guests. While we don’t charge cleaning fees, please rest assured that we are committed to thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the house between stays. However, if the unit is deemed excessively dirty or left in an unsatisfactory condition, we will charge an additional cleaning fee, with a minimum fee of $175, subject to increase based on the extent of the cleaning required. Enjoy your stay without worrying about unexpected charges—just relax and focus on making the most of your time here.
• TEMPERATURE SETTINGS •
The unit maintains a moderate temperature year-round with central heating. The home features central heating, and guests can adjust the temperature using the installed thermostat. While there is no air conditioning, the house typically stays cool and comfortable during the warmer months thanks to its design and layout. For additional comfort, we provide portable fans in each room for cooling, as well as portable heaters for extra warmth. Guests may also utilize the heated floors or open windows to allow fresh air to circulate. If you have specific temperature preferences, please feel free to reach out to us.
• BASEMENT/NOISE NOTICE •
As you are staying in our basement unit, please be aware that there may be some noise from the upstairs area. While the noise will not be excessive, you might hear occasional sounds such as footsteps. We understand this could affect your stay, and we will make every effort to keep noise to a minimum. Multiple white noise machines are placed in the unit to help mask any noise from above.
• WILDLIFE NOTICE •
As part of the beautiful Pacific Northwest environment, you may occasionally encounter spiders or other insects both inside and outside the house. The lush plants and flowers around Rose Cliff House may also attract bees and wasps in the outdoor areas. For your convenience, insect spray is available in the kitchen drawers should you need it. Additionally, it is not uncommon for local wildlife, including a family of raccoons, to wander through the vicinity.
• PEPPERMINT ALLERGY •
To enhance your stay, we regularly spray the house with a peppermint solution to provide a refreshing and pleasant aroma. Please be cautious if you have any allergies to mint or peppermint.
