Enjoy ocean view from the rooftop of this 3-level townhome while kicking back around the fire pit. Walk the short 2 blocks to the beach and enjoy a cocktail at the Tiki bar. Sleeps 10. 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) and living room 2/flex space with NEW Murphy cabinet queen bed. NEW-Fall, 2025-king bed upgrade in master. Sleeper sofa in living room 1. Washer/dryer. 3.5 baths. Fully outfitted kitchen. Convenient wet bar off the 3rd floor porch and stair access to roof.

The space
NEW in 2025- 3rd floor living room 2/flex space now has barn doors that close off one half of the room into a private 4th bedroom. This space is unique, including a wet bar, high top table for hanging out, and a murphy bed(queen) and TV area that opens onto a balcony. Sliding doors open to spiral staircase to rooftop where you can hang out at the firepit and enjoy the view!
