We have plenty of room for your next adventure. We're close to the San Juan River, Aztec, Navajo Reservoir, Durango, and Farmington. You'll have plenty of "R&R" on this 3 acre lot with beautiful sunsets and stars over the fire pit at night. The outdoors, fishing, hunting, and boating are easy to do from our location.

The space
3 bedrooms with 8 beds and 3 full baths. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar plus a dining area. Sitting room and connected living room with free smart TV and wifi. 1st bedroom has two twins. 2nd bedroom has full bunkbeds with a twin bed trundle. Primary suite has king bed and twin bed. Back patio with 8 foot picnic table, 2 Adirondack chairs, and bar top table along with a fire pit. Linens and towels included with stay along with free wifi and coffee bar.

The entire house is part of your stay. The detached garage is not available to guests.

Other things to note
No smoking of cigarettes, cannabis, or vape pens inside property. Fireplace does not work. No pets.
