Welcome to your beautiful Rockport retreat! We are steps from the water and in the heart of everything that makes Rockport so special. With soaring ceilings, a custom chef's kitchen, two living areas, two lofts, a fully finished basement, and a gorgeous outdoor space, this home sleeps up to 10 & gives everyone room to spread out and settle in. A short drive or leisurely stroll to Front Beach and the iconic shops & seafood of Bearskin Neck - this is the ideal home base for your Cape Ann vacation

The space
Hosted by HelmsBnB, this stunningly renovated two-bedroom, three-bathroom Cape Cod home exudes quintessential New England charm while delivering every modern comfort. The open floor plan greets you with soaringly high ceilings and oversized windows that flood the kitchen, dining room, and living areas with natural light.

At the heart of the home is the custom chef's kitchen, anchored by a beautiful Italian stove that practically invites long breakfasts and dinner parties around the island. The adjacent dining area flows into a cozy living room with a classic stone fireplace (non-functioning) and comfortable seating - the perfect spot for an afternoon of reading or a relaxed evening in with the group.

Between the bedrooms, two lofts, and fully finished basement, there's plenty of space for everyone to have their own corner to unwind.

• First Bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with large shower and plenty of closet space and natural light
• Fully stocked kitchen -- custom stove/oven, a dishwasher, fridge, toaster, regular drip coffee pot (with complimentary start up coffee & filters), tea kettle, cookware, serveware, and dinnerware etc.
• Dining area - open concept with dining table for 4 and kitchen island seating for 3

Second Floor
• Second bedroom with king 4 poster bed
• Full bathroom with double shower heads
• Large open living area with massive windows and a queen pull out couch
• Laundry room with washer, dryer & complimentary start up laundry supplies

Second Floor Loft
• Office space with desk and chair to work from home (if you must!) and a comfortable couch for lounging

Third Floor Loft

Under a 10 minute walk from Front Beach, you can easily swim, sunbathe, or simply soak in the coastal ambiance. Once you've had your fill of the sun, stroll a few minutes down to Bearskin Neck and explore this historic street lined with quaint shops and seafood restaurants. Rockport has long been an artist's haven, so be sure to check out the numerous art galleries showcasing works by local and renowned artists. Don't forget to snap a photo at Motif Number 1, one of the most painted buildings in America.

Halibut Point State Park is only a 10 minute drive, where you can hike along scenic trails with breathtaking ocean views and explore the iconic Halibut Point Quarry.

During May-Oct, Rockport is the perfect spot to set out on a whale watching tour.

Whether you're exploring the outdoors, soaking up the sun or immersing yourselves in the arts and shopping, our home is the perfect spot for you to call home during your getaway to Rockport.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house with the exception of a couple locked storage spaces.

Other things to note
We are dog friendly and there is a $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs max). This does not cover any damage or yard clean up and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

The driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars. The farthest side of the driveway is a shared space with the neighbor and guests should avoid that spot.

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
