Hillside Ocean View 2BR with Private Beach Access

Spacious and fun for families and small groups, you can walk right down to Pavilion Beach within 10 minutes and access to Clark Beach. While it is a small house, there is great space inside. The living area is open an has a nice view outside toward the ocean. The living area is comfy with nice sofas to really relax. Cable and high speed wifi are standard, of course. There is a master bedroom with a side view of the ocean, so you can see a beautiful sunrise from the queen sized bed in the morning. The other bedroom has also has a queen sized bed. Nice kitchen space with lots of cooking equipment needed to entertain or cook, including a lobster pot and a small dishwasher. There is also a windowed-in sitting room which faces the ocean and leads to the balcony where great views and barbecues can be had. You'll have permission to go to Clark Beach, a private beach for Great Neck residents and visitors. It's about a 15 minute walk to Clark or 10 minutes to public Pavilion Beach. Other Notes: For reservations 28 nights and over, the actual usage utility bills will be paid by the guest. A $500 utilities deposit will be taken for long term rentals of 2 months or more. Bungalow beach style home. some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and rail!

Quiet upscale beach neighborhood ... with manager Onsite . Great people watching spot with sidewalks to the beach center about 1 mile away . Low tide accessible beach at the end if the street 3 minute walk before you hit the sand but rocky. (under 25 lbs)dog ok...perfect for couples or families. No parties or loud noise. Private side porch off the back door with ocean view. ONE off st parking spot unless prior arrangements have been made.

Melissa and her husband Nick were outstanding hosts. They were quick to respond to any issues I encountered and were very accommodating. They live nearby but respected my privacy, which I appreciated. Both are friendly and professional business people, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

We stayed overnight here to attend a concert at the local venue not too far from the condo, in fact, we walked to the Casino Ballroom, probably a 10 min walk.. Everything was just as described. There’s a sofa sleeper & bedroom are separate from each other, which was great. There was everything you could think of, plates, cups, paper towels, tea bags etc.. The bathroom was really nice & clean. Hoping to come back in the summer when it’s warmer. I would highly recommend staying here. Tom & Caitlin were so responsive even going out of there to look for something we left behind..

We had such a wonderful time . Both of our kids came with our 4 grandchildren, my Mom, sister and sister-in-law. The twelve of us had plenty of room to gather and to get the serenity we needed from time to time. The ocean is so soothing. We caught the most beautiful sunset ever over the marsh. Some of the locals told me it was the best they've ever seen in 30 years ! I'll be back! Thanks Chris. Ps. The pack-n-play was great too. 😆 🤣

We loved the location in Hampton Beach! We came off-season for a few days of much needed relaxation. The balcony facing the ocean provided beautiful, serene and peaceful views. Although on the 2nd floor, the stairs are easy to manuever and lead right to the beach. It is literally steps away and we were able to walk down a few times a day. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, me and our small dog. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was trendy and modern.The host was always generous and responsive with any questions. The area was quiet, private and safe. I would recommend this location to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Beach. The house is right across the street from the beach and has a great view from the top floor. The house is cute and comfy and Larissa was very helpful and responsive in communication. The house is also within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, ice cream places, etc. Just of note, the house is right next to the street and parking lot so it's a great location if you are walking to the beach but not super quiet if you want to sit outside at the house. There is also only one parking space that goes with the house so when it is busy can be difficult to park a second car. That didn't effect our stay, though, and we really enjoyed the house and location.
