This gorgeous, 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with wrap around deck overlooks the Blue River providing guests with sunrise and sunset views over the mountains. There's a full kitchen, dining table for 6, gas fireplace and living area with wall mounted cable TV. Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, hallway bathroom. There's a sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests. An attached, heated garage means heading straight to the mountains on powder days.

The space
Open the windows or step out onto the porch and take in the views of the mountains to the east and west while listening to the sounds of the Blue River below. It's so close that you might imagine fishing right from the porch!! Other than an owner's closest, the entire apartment is available to our guests including a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and king bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, a hall bathroom with tub/shower, a full kitchen with island that seats two, a dining area that seats six, a living area with gas fireplace, wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable and a pull out couch that sleeps two more. The wrap around porch has views of the Blue River, Ptarmigan Mountain to the west and Buffalo Mountain to the east. The entryway includes a bench and storage cubbies as well as a large washer and dryer, detergent included. The attached HEATED garage is available to our guests as is a second, outdoor parking space. Both are in the condo unit just a few steps from the front door. Store your skis and boots, bikes, fishing gear in the garage during your stay and wake up to warm boots and a snow-free car on powder days. Note: The condo is on the third floor of the unit. There is no elevator.
