A magnificent home for all seasons. Magnificent views of Mount Mitchell from the back porch. Picture windows throughout the house. Whether you are looking for a clean-air away from the city for your family, or a remote office, this is the perfect place. You won't want to leave!

Neighborhood highlights

RiverRock is in a private, gated community called RiverRun- across from Mount Mitchell Golf Course. Within Riverrun there are 6 homes. We also own the home next to RiverRock. The 2 homes can accomodate 20+ people if rented together.
There are hiking trails very near our home including trails that start at Black Mountain Campground, just 5-10 minute drive.
There are also many waterfalls near by, the closest is Roaring Fork, which is 2 minute drive away, then a 1/2 easy hike. Also nearby is Crab Tree Falls. Its a 5 minute drive up to the Blue Ridge parkway, then 4 miles on the parkway to the trail head.
***When driving out of the property, keep to the right of the road on the last corner so you activate the sensor and the gate opens.

Gustavo and Isabel, with their four children have been hiking, biking, climbing, swimming, skiing, tubing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, motorcycling, brewery hopping and relaxing in this area for over 30 years. They’ve lived in Miami for over 40 years.
