Escape to Riva House, a cozy Potomac River retreat in Montross, Virginia’s scenic Northern Neck. Walk to two beaches—Beaver Pond (2 min) and Crystal Lane (3–4 min). Sip your morning coffee on the screened porch with peek-a-boo river views, grill on the deck, or unwind around the fire pit under the stars. Enjoy community trails, tennis courts, and community pool. Perfect for families, friends, and couples to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

The space
One level home with eat in kitchen, three bedrooms, one bath and family room. There is a screened porch with an eating space and game space, along with an outside deck with eating space and additional chairs for relaxing on nice days. Enjoy the fire pit in the back yard.

Guest access
Head out to the end of the cul de sac and see Beaver Pond beach there or head through the back yard to find the path and to the right - there are signs along the way to help you get to the beach.

To access Crystal Lane beach, follow Cabin Point Drive to a right on Crystal Lane and a short walk down the road to the beach.

Other things to note
Plenty of beaches within walking distance! Sunsets are fantastic! Can enjoy shark tooth hunting at the beach!

Garners Farmers Market is 18 minutes out with fresh produce and animals and playgrounds!

Quiet cottage river escape/retreat but plenty of space to entertain as well.
