Cozy and functional two-room apartment recently renovated and furnished, equipped with everything you need to make you spend a comfortable and pleasant business stay, during events/fairs or vacation, it is the ideal solution for short stays of 2/3 people. Located in the center, where a few minutes' walk away are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars and a convenient public parking lot under the house. Between Bologna and Modena, it is well served by public transport, the train/bus station is 700 meters away.

The space
Ripa 142 home is a 35 sqm two-room apartment, with exposed beams, located on the second floor (no elevator) of a small condominium in the center of Castelfranco E. with convenient free parking under the house or in the immediate surroundings.
Well furnished and equipped with all comforts including, Wi-Fi internet connection for the exclusive use of the accommodation, air conditioning in both the living area and the sleeping area, independent heating, washing machine.

The accommodation has been recently renovated and furnished with simple and functional furniture, to make your stay enjoyable, it consists of:
