Access to the building and apartment is provided through a secure self check-in system, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival experience.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two and 1/2 bathrooms, and the private balcony.
You will also have access to the private roof garden, which has its own private entrance and features a lounge space, a small bar, a bathroom, and a BBQ grill. This area is perfect for working remotely, relaxing outdoors, or enjoying the city atmosphere.
A private parking space inside the building is also available for guests traveling with a vehicle.
Other things to note
The apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator access. Water pressure is generally good, but using multiple showers at the same time may reduce pressure. The neighborhood is typically quiet, though occasional daytime construction may occur nearby. Per Airbnb policies, parties are not allowed. Visitors are not permitted per building policies, only registered guests will be granted access. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The available parking spots in the building garage is only available for small and mid-sized vehicles. Large vehicles (ex Chevy Suburban), do not fit around the tight turns/corners leading to the parking spot. For that reason, they cannot be parked in the garage.
