Modern Coastal Farmhouse tucked into a quiet street. Features custom built in bunk room and shiplap accents. The light and airy decor will make you feel like you stepped on set of a photo shoot. If you love to cook, you’ll enjoy having 2 kitchens! One inside and one out. If you don’t love to cook, there are 35+ restaurants within 2 miles.

The space
This home checks all the boxes. 1/2 mile to Raptor Bay Golf Course, 1/2 mile to Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, under 2 miles to 35+ restaurants, shopping and grocery, 2 miles to Congo River Mini Golf, 20 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and 8.5 miles to Bonita Beach.

The bunk room boasts 4 Twin XL beds, each with its own sleeping cubby that includes a light, USB port, outlet, shelf and privacy curtain. This is a perfect space for 4 kids to share.
The comfortable queen bedroom has a ceiling fan and includes a TV. If you want space, the Master Bedroom has that. Your own walk in shower with 3 heads, a soaking tub and a walk in closet for you to use. If you have work to do, there is a full desk with a keyboard & mouse in the den. If you prefer to use that as a space for the kids to watch movies, they can enjoy the sofa and TV in the room. Need another bedroom...fold the sofa out and use the queen size memory foam mattress for extra sleeping space.

The full bath opens out to the pool area for those wet trips to the bathroom! There is even an outdoor shower to use before you hop in!

While the home can technically accommodate 10 people, we would not allow more than 8 adults. This would be too much for the 2 bathrooms and smaller bedrooms.

This home is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood and we really like our neighbors. Please keep the noise down after 10:00 and no parties.

We have 2 Sheriff’s on our street and a home security system, so you will feel extra safe (:

Guest access
Guests have access to the pool, the fenced in backyard, the outdoor kitchen and the garage.
A security code specifically for you will be set during your stay which will unlock the front door and disarm the security system if you choose to set it at night or while away.

Other things to note
If you would like the pool heated you will need to arrange that ahead of time. There will be an additional $100/week charge for this option.
Please notify us of this ahead of time.

It is the guests responsibility to clean the outdoor grill and griddle if you use it. If this is not cleaned there will be an additional cleaning charge to have it cleaned.

You can use Uber to get around if you don’t want to rent a car. We have stayed before without a rental and didn’t find it to be too expensive. The longest trips would be from the airport or down to Bonita Beach. Either trip is about 20 minutes. The Coconut Point Resort and Spa is walking distance. They have amazing grounds with water slides, lazy river and multiple pools. They do allow the purchase of day passes for a fun day using their grounds.

Neighborhood highlights

Our home is in a lovely residential neighborhood with fantastic neighbors. It isn’t until you pull out and onto the main road that you realize how close you really are to everything. Downtown Naples is only 12 miles away.. Fort Myers Beach is about 20 miles. Bonita Springs is a lovely little hidden gem that is still sheltered from the traffic jams of Fort Myers but beautiful enough to feel like you’re in Naples.

My husband Scott and I have a love of adventure and enjoy traveling. But, traveling with 3 boys can be a lot of work! So like any “not so” sane couple, we decided to just buy houses in the areas we love and share them with other people. Our primary home is in Minnesota, so while we love winters and the outdoors, we also enjoy getting away from them! Scott is a builder and remodeler who truly can build me anything! I’m the dreamer who comes up with all the crazy ideas. The homes we rent are filled with that combination. From the table we built from our son’s old 4-wheeler, a snowmobile turned into a window bench or custom built in bunk beds fit for a cozy weekend with the girls... we don’t leave out many details. My true passion has always been in decorating and imagining spaces that make other people feel welcomed from the moment they walk in. This journey has been a fun project for both of us and something we really find joy in sharing with others. We currently rent both a single family home and a condo in Michigans beautiful U.P. We love to take our boys up there and snowmobile, ride 4-wheelers, snowboard or just get out and hike. We also have our newest property in Bonita Springs, FL where we go when the winters get a little too, well... wintery! Every space is set up to enjoy as a family or as someone who needs a get-a-way and is working remotely. Our hope is to one day also have a property in the Mountains out West!
