Guest access
Guests will have exclusive private access to the entire main level of the home, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry area, private patio, and private entrance.

This is a two level property. The lower level is separate, locked off, and not included in the rental. There are no shared interior spaces, and the host does not live on the property or enter the guest space during stays. The interior connecting door remains locked and secured from both sides at all times.

The driveway is shared only for parking and occasional EV charging. Guests may park up to 2 cars on the left side near the basketball hoop and must keep the right side clear. The host may briefly use the right side to charge an electric vehicle for 2 to 3 hours some evenings, then leave.
