Guest access
Guests will have exclusive private access to the entire main level of the home, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry area, private patio, and private entrance.

This is a two-level property. The lower level is fully separate, securely locked, and not included in the rental. There are no shared interior spaces, and the host does not enter the guest space during stays. The interior connecting door remains locked and secured from both sides at all times.

The driveway is shared for parking and occasional EV charging. Guests may park up to 2 vehicles on the left side near the basketball hoop and should keep the right side clear. The host may occasionally use the right side of the driveway for EV charging for a few hours in the evening and will then depart.
