Guest access
You’ll have the entire private upper/main level to yourself with a private entrance. The lower level is a separate unit; the interior connecting door is locked and secured from both sides at all times. No shared interior spaces.

Other things to note
🚗 Parking: Shared driveway. Please park on the left side near the basketball hoop (max 2 cars). Do not park on the lawn. Parking is for registered guests only, NO extra visitors/vehicles.

🔔 Other things to note:
Although the space is fully private, it’s part of a two-level home with separate units. An interior connecting door exists, but it stays locked and secured from both sides at all times. There are no shared interior spaces.
