Cute bungalow located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a relaxing pond and a large fenced in yard. Centrally located within 20 minutes of Elkhart Lake, Whistling Straits and the shores of Lake Michigan. Also, it is a quick walk to quaint Downtown Sheboygan Falls where there is plenty of shopping, dining, parks, the Sheboygan River, and waterfalls. I also run a company called Rescue Dog Properties and will be donating 5% of all bookings to Paws Up Pet Rescue based in Sheboygan.

The space
This home can sleep up to 6 people. Primary bedroom on the main level with a king size bed. Two bedrooms on the upper level with queen size beds. Both levels have a full bathroom. A newly remodeled kitchen, hardwood floors throughtout most of the house. It also has a large, fenced in yard with a pond.

Guest access
The entire house is yours while you stay. Feel free to use the laundry in the basement, learn who is the ping pong champion or just relax by the pond and enjoy the birds. Downtown is about 5 blocks away and an easy walk. Plenty of driveway parking to fit your vehicles. The city does not allow overnight parking on the street without permission.

Other things to note
It is a 3 bedroom house with 3 beds. The neighbors are very friendly. I hope you will enjoy the house as much as I have for the past 16 years.

Neighborhood highlights

The house is on a cul-de-sac. It's very private but also easy to access from Hwy 23. The large fenced in yard is very relaxing in the summer. The pond attracts frogs,toads and a lot of birds. There is a grocery store about 3 blocks away along with a convenience store within a block.
