If you answered YES to any of the above questions, please strongly consider having another traveller plan the booking from their own AirBnB account (then, they can invite you online/from the app to join their trip). You may need to cancel your reservation from your account first. If you book a stay under your name, but someone else will be the primary Guest instead, expect significant problems/complications/delays in communication, logistics, payment accountability, and wasted time. You also may risk violating AirBnB Terms of Use. People who abuse AirBnB Community practices are reported for safety and integrity of our Community. Thank you for your understanding.
Other things to note
- Longer term stays welcome! You may qualify for special rates.
- There are many plants and trees in the backyard and surroundings. When weather changes, you may see insects around. Keep door shut and put away/seal up food items. We treat the building for pest control seasonally.
- Upon booking, all Guests (including those accompanying the person who booked the reservation) need to provide a copy of government-issued ID as verification for safety, insurance, & local regulation compliance.

Neighborhood highlights
We're next to Seymore Park, a long serene greenbelt space where people jog and walk dogs. Just a couple blocks away (5 min walk) to: a nice grocery store/deli, Starbucks, a few easy casual food spots/Big 5 Sporting Goods/more (checkout our local Guidebook).
The Pocket-Greenhaven is where the Sacramento River forms a pocket-shaped curve just 5 miles south of Downtown. Calm suburban residential neighborhood. Family-oriented. Somewhat secluded from Midtown noise. But it's quick and easy to get to the city center, and local attractions. Pretty quiet and peaceful here. People enjoy walking in the many parks and along the canal and river. One of the most diverse neighborhoods in Sacramento. Houses built mostly in 1980-90s.
