The space

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, plus all outdoor areas! Boat dock included.

Off limits is the guesthouse at the front of the property and the garage by the volleyball court.

Other things to note
Quiet hours: Sunday-Thursday night are 10pm and Friday-Saturday nights are midnight.

NO LOUD MUSIC or guests in the back past quiet hours! Guests are to take the festivities inside the house during quiet hours, excluding the garage. Unfortunately, we seem to get a lot of noise complaints from the garage in the early hours of the morning.

In addition to our Airbnb, we also operate a boat rental business (ATX Boat Rentals) and as our guest, you’ll receive a $100 discount on any boat rental! Jet ski now available to rent to guests only during their stay.

Due to recent closures at city boat ramps, boat rental pickups at these parks are currently unavailable, with expected reopening summer 2026. With that being said, we have had to move our operations to pickup & drop-off boat guests at the property’s dock. This means guests will show up, drive down to the dock and then load up and leave until we come back and guests leave promptly. Rest assured, every one of these boat parties will be escorted to and from our private dock by their captains to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests.

Bnb guests who choose to rent a boat, or the jet ski, will leave right from the boat dock at the house as well for maximum convenience.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are guests to touch, use, or get inside of the boats!

Reames Dream Air bnb property is about 35-40 minutes from downtown Austin and all that it has to offer!
