The space
Ready to Roll 3 -story townhouses have 1903 sf of living space. The office is on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers an open-air design with fully-equipped kitchen, new-appliances, large granite island, coffee station with Keurig coffeemaker with a selection of coffees and teas, cookware, cooking condiments, and more, cozy dining and living room with 52” smart TV, and outdoor balcony. Third-floor has 3 bedrooms: primary bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and 43" LED smart TV; two guest bedrooms (full and twin bed) share a hallway bathroom; all beds have new memory mattresses. There are 1-2 bathrooms on every floor and washer and dryer. Guest have complete and private use of the entire townhouse.

All adults staying in the townhouse must be identified. Driver’s license or government photo ID are required. Extended stays may require: (1) additional scheduled housekeeping (2) signed short-term lease, and (3) security deposit.

Please note that the 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Living and dining room and full kitchen are on the 2nd floor, 350-sf office is on the 1st floor. There are bathrooms on every floor.

Children: Townhouse may not be suitable for children as there is not an outdoor play area. The outdoor balconies are not safe for children left unattended.

Dogs non-shedders 20-lbs or less are allowed upon approval with additional occupancy and cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed.

Printer/scanner available for a $25 fee.

Additional charges: Additional cleaning fee for 3+ people. $100 fee for missing garage door opener. Cleaning fees or charges for missing or stained towels, linens and fabric furnishings and rugs and excessive cleaning.

Smoking is prohibited inside townhouse, on balcony and in garage; cigarette odor forfeits all deposits and guests will be charged additional cigarette odor removal.
