The Raven's Nook is a renovated historic building in downtown Pilot Mtn. You can walk to local shops, and restaurants. You are only a few minutes from the iconic Pilot Mountain as well as a short distance from many other outdoor activities. The Raven's Nook offers a studio feel with its open floor plan. It offers a kitchenette, eating area, full private bathroom and queen size bed. Great space for two or cozy enough for one. New mattress as of 2025.

The space
The Raven is located in the bottom back side of one of the oldest buildings in Pilot Mountain. When you step into the unit it has a studio feel with a private full bathroom with a pocket door, on the left. The rest of the space is an open area with a queen size bed, bar top table, and kitchenette.

Guest access
The Ravens Nook has a private entrance just off of Main Street. The entrance is at the bottom of a grated staircase just on the back corner of our building. The door has a touch keypad which you will receive a code to unlock the morning of your check in. There is a security camera on the side of our building that shows the entrances to this unit and the one we have above. It also sees the parking lot and side street.

Other things to note
New mattress as of March 2025, Serta Perfect Sleeper.

There are streetlights around the building because you are downtown. We have blinds in the room but do not have black out curtains. There are two security cameras on the building. One that shows the parking lot. The other shows us the alley way and outdoor entrance to the unit.

This location is on main street in downtown Pilot Mountain. Town hall is across the street for information about the area and local events. Parking is in the back of the building, but you can also park along Main street for free. There are plenty of local shops, within walking distance. There is a grocery store, places to eat, outdoor activities, and winery within a few minutes from this location.

Pilot Mtn was my hometown growing up. I moved 30mins away to be closer to the city of Winston but found myself back in Pilot working with my mom in her real estate business. We have tacked on the Airbnb's and I have become very interested in tourism in the area and have enjoyed growing with it.
