No pets allowed
Quiet hours starting 10pm
We only provide 1 free 350ml bottled water per guest, make sure to bring enough drinking water on your stay.
Kindly leave all used towels in the bathroom.
Food deliveries (Foodpanda, grabfood) can’t enter the building, please meet them at the lobby.
Please bring your own ingredients / condiments. We don’t provide free condiments.
No unregistered guests | Valid IDs will be sent to Admin a day prior check in.
Proper swimming attire required: Please dry yourself up before going back to the unit (avoid dripping of pool water in hallways and elevator (building penalty applies).
No foods (rice meals, pasta etc) allowed in the swimming pool lounge area.
Please don’t lean on the glass mirror sliding doors.
Please don’t jump on beds / day beds/ Do not open bedroom windows.
Please check all your valuables and belongings before leaving (RA’s Quarter will not be responsible for any lost items during or after the stay).
HOUSE RULES:
STRICTLY No smoking/vaping inside the unit
Light cooking only (Please don’t cook smelly foods like dried fish, bagoong etc) Turn on
rangehood when cooking.
When cooking, please remove the kitchen utensil storage/kitchen tissue beside the electic stove to avoid spillage / splashing of cooking oil.
Make sure to wash all plates and utensils used during your stay. Please ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned (not greasy) and completely dry before putting them back on the kitchen shelves.
Don’t leave left over foods / drinks in our unit - please throw or take it home with you.
Charges apply on stained linens, damaged furnitures, damaged appliances, damaged glass door mirrors etc.
Please turn off electricity when not in use or upon leaving the property.
Clean as you go / Proper disposal of garbage (Garbage room is on the left end side of the hallway).
Penalty applies if smoke detector is activated during your stay.
Unauthorized guest charge is P500 per pax.
Unauthorized swimming outside pool hours will incur penalty.
Early check in and late check out is subject to availability — Php 200 / hour fee , if more than 6hrs extension, we will apply the overnight rate.
We are implementing "CLEAN AS YOU GO" Policy so please follow the house rules accordingly to avoid cleaning fee charges (P500.00).
