IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you book and paid for 1-2 guests, only one bedroom will be made available. If you book and paid for 3-4 guests, both bedrooms will be prepared for your stay.

*Infants below 2yrs old are free of charge sharing a bed with adults.

Visitors are only applicable for long term tenants and unit owners. Thank you for understanding.

SMDC Swimming Pool Fee: Payment is directly made to SMDC Admin or to the guard on duty.

Car: Php 350 overnight
Motor: Php 200 overnight

Early check in / late check out is subject to availability — There will be a Php 200 / hour fee.
