The space
Rapsani Panorama Villa has on the first floor a large living room with incredible views of about 35sqm with a comfortable sofa, *energy fireplace to flood you with warmth and warmth, air conditioning, heating system with airsafe function that neutralizes viruses, bacteria and fungi and provides a safer home environment thanks to the improved comfort and hygiene of the atmosphere. A large smart TV and combined with the hidden lighting prevailing a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Next to the living room kitchen fully functional for your best distribution.
Finally downstairs you will find the first bathroom with all amenities, it has a modern Jacuzzi system *Hot tub for you will enjoy a relaxing and refreshing bath.
Then on the second floor going up the circular wooden staircase you will find on your right the main bedroom with fantastic views from both windows, includes 1 double bed with anatomic mattress, air conditioning, artificial fireplace and spacious wardrobe. In addition, for a warmer atmosphere you can turn on the Led Spots and use the hidden lighting with various color changes!

At the end of the corridor you will find the timeless desk to combine work, relaxation and the amazing view of the mountain that leads to the traditional balcony of Villa and you will enjoy your coffee in the special living room!
Finally upstairs the second bathroom with modern hot tub system to relax and enjoy a lovely hot shower which is the ideal way to start and end your day wonderfully.
There is a fully equipped kitchen to make your coffee or anything else you want and also very fast internet 100Mbps throughout the Villa and the courtyard!
In Rapsani Panorama Villa is located in the best part of the village on the main street in the unique corner before the square! You will enjoy the wonderful view, on the left side overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea the beaches of Stomio, Alexandrini, Mesagala, Kastri Loutrou and Neoi Pori, from opposite the endless view of the forests of Kissavos while below is the picturesque valley of Tempi.
The visitor can make short excursions, to the mountain villages outside Rapsani with the panoramic view and the traditional taverns (6-8 km), in Krenia, Pyrgetos, Aegani, in Paleo Poroi and Paleo Panteleimonas.

The hot tub system is for 2 people and is used for 1-1.30 per day upon communication and is free.
The fireplace is only used by people who are sure they have the knowledge to light an energy fireplace upon communication. They are free on the first day and then the cost is 10€/day for the wood.

The monastery of Agioi Theodoroi in the homonymous forest, is filled with remarkable frescoes and has a 13th century iconostasis.

The bust of the writer, M. Karagatsis. In Rapsani, M. Karagatsis was one of the most important writers of the 1930s generation. The nickname Karagatsis came from the ptelea or karagatsi tree at his family's cottage in the village. In the church of Agios Athanasios there is a bust of the writer, M. Karagatsis.
The 6 watermills of Rapsani dating from the 12th to the 13th century prove that Rapsani was a thriving Byzantine city with more than 900 years of history .
Kosmas Aitolos in Rapsani In the year 1765 Kosmas Aitolos arrived in Rapsani because Rapsani was one of the most famous villages of Larissa during the Turkish occupation . The Rapsaniotes honored Saint Kosmas for his teaching and the Rapsanis Women's Association of the village built a church in his honor.
The Rapsani Municipal Library has been reopening since 2004, and was founded in 1970 by presidential ordinance. It is housed in the loft of the Rapsanis community store and operates daily as a lending. It contains over 20,000 books in its collection and its material consists of books, magazines, manuscripts, cartographic and audiovisual material.
