The Private Pool: The area’s only private in-ground heated pool (Open Memorial Day – Oct 1-ish), professionally maintained twice weekly.
Dining & Deck: An outdoor dining patio and elevated deck, perfect for sunset dinners or morning coffee.
Space to Play: A fully fenced, oversized yard with a charcoal BBQ and plenty of lawn space for yard games and late-afternoon lounging.
The Fire-Pit: A sandy fire-pit area made for s’mores and stargazing.

The Chef’s Kitchen - featuring a 10ft quartz island, dual dishwashers, and a beverage fridge - serves as the home's heartbeat where everyone can congregate.

You’ll have the entire property to yourselves—every room, every cozy corner, and all the outdoor spaces, including the pool, deck, patio, and fully fenced backyard. Bring the whole crew—there’s plenty of room to park with 8 dedicated spaces right on-site, so everyone can come and go with ease.
Other things to note
The pool is open from Memorial Day to October 1st, with weekly rentals including professional cleaning and treatment twice—once just before your arrival and again midweek. For those cooler days or evening swims, you may want to heat the pool for the most enjoyable temperature. Pool heat is optional for $100/day and can be arranged a week before check-in. For safety, the pool fence must remain closed and locked at all times, and only registered guests are permitted to use the pool.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available—just inquire after booking. Please note that we require all guests to complete our rental agreement to finalize their reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and no parties, events, smoking, or pets are allowed. Parking is only permitted in the designated spaces. Security cameras are located at the front of the home and overlooking the backyard pool area for safety.
STAY REQUIREMENTS AND SEASONAL MINIMUMS:
To provide the best experience during our busiest months, we typically require a 6–7 night minimum stay during peak summer season. In the spring and fall, we’re happy to offer more flexibility, with three-night weekend stays available. From October through May, we have a two-night minimum, excluding holiday periods, which may require longer stays.
Please ensure the guest count on your reservation is accurate. Any increase after booking requires prior host approval and may incur an additional nightly fee per added guest. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property.
Exterior security cameras with audio recording are present at the front door (doorbell), the driveway, and the pool area for insurance and liability purposes. These are not actively monitored and are positioned to ensure guest safety and property security only.
