Step outside into a private, fully fenced backyard designed for long Michigan summer days. Swim in the heated in-ground pool, relax poolside while the kids play, enjoy meals outdoors, rinse off after the beach or pool in the custom outdoor shower, and end the evening gathered around the fire pit.
The spacious back deck connects directly to the home -including private access from the primary suite - making indoor/outdoor living easy throughout your stay.

One of the best amenities at Randolph Pool House isn't inside the house - it's the location.
Walk approximately four blocks into downtown Douglas for morning coffee, restaurants, galleries, boutiques, cocktails and ice cream. Our private back gate also provides incredibly convenient access to the nearby grocery store for those inevitable mid-vacation runs.
Downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach, Lake Michigan, boating, golf, wineries, breweries and miles of West Michigan coastline are all just minutes away.
Spend the morning at Lake Michigan, come home for an afternoon at the pool, walk into Douglas for dinner and end the night around the fire.

Randolph Pool House was thoughtfully designed for larger families and groups traveling together.
Seven bedrooms and multiple gathering spaces give everyone room to spread out. And unlike many large-group homes that rely heavily on bunk rooms and sofa beds, Randolph features five King bedrooms, giving couples and adults comfortable private sleeping spaces while still allowing everyone to stay together under one roof.
THE HEART OF THE HOUSE
Vacation meals are a little easier when the kitchen was built for a crowd.
The oversized chef's kitchen centers around a 10-foot island and includes generous prep space, a beverage refrigerator, dedicated coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee makers, and perhaps our favorite large-group amenity: two dishwashers.
Whether you're making breakfast for everyone, preparing a big family dinner or bringing home takeout from Douglas, there's room for the group to gather without everyone being on top of one another.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
With seven bedrooms—including five King bedrooms—Randolph Pool House offers something that's surprisingly difficult to find in a large-group vacation home: comfortable, private sleeping spaces for adults.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for a comfortable stay, with ceiling fans throughout and Smart TVs in nearly every bedroom.
Arrive with complete peace of mind. The property includes six dedicated, on-site private parking spaces, completely eliminating street parking stress for a multi-car caravan. When you want to explore, exit through our private back gate for a brief 3-block walk directly to the local grocery store, bowling alley, boutiques, and cafes in downtown Douglas.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire home, heated pool, fully fenced backyard, outdoor shower, deck and outdoor living spaces, with the exception of a few locked owner/storage areas.
Private on-site parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.
Guests will receive their access instructions and unique entry code prior to arrival.
Other things to note
To finalize your reservation, a signed rental agreement must be completed and returned within 24 hours of booking. The agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
Our private heated in-ground pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through October 1, weather permitting. During weekly stays, the pool is professionally cleaned and treated twice—once just prior to arrival and again midweek.
Because Michigan temperatures can fluctuate, particularly overnight and later in the season, guests who prefer the pool maintained at an optimal swimming temperature of approximately 82°F may add enhanced pool heating for $350 per stay. This is completely optional and can be arranged approximately one week before arrival.
For everyone's safety, pool gates must remain closed and secured at all times. Glass is not permitted anywhere outside or in the pool area, and pool use is limited to registered guests.
Randolph Pool House has a strict maximum occupancy of 16 total people (18 including infants). This limit is established by our Village short-term rental permit and is strictly enforced.
Please make sure your reservation accurately reflects everyone in your group. Any change to the registered guest count requires prior host approval, and additional visitors are not permitted if they would cause the property to exceed maximum occupancy.
Village quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please be especially mindful of outdoor noise during these hours. Parties and events are not permitted, and the property is non-smoking and pet-free.
Private on-site parking is available for a maximum of 6 vehicles, which must remain in designated parking areas.
Early check-in or late check-out may occasionally be possible depending upon our professional cleaning team's schedule. Because turnover schedules are established well in advance, early access cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival day. You're always welcome to inquire, and we're happy to accommodate when we're able.
For insurance, liability and property security, exterior security cameras with audio capability are located at the front door, driveway and overlooking the backyard/pool area. Cameras are exterior-only and are not actively monitored.
