Island living is easy at Reef to Ridge on Isla San Cristobal. Wake up slow and enjoy your cup of coffee on the private balconies or lounge by the infinity edge pool. Then make plans to snorkel our reefs or hike our ridges and everything in between. You're on an island vacation so do what you want because the place is yours!

The space
Thank you for inquiring about accommodations at Reef to Ridge on Isla San Cristobal, Bocas del Toro, Panama. We have 2 guest cabins with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All are included with your one reservation.

Luna Llena is our premier private guest cabin with a king sized bed and a screened balcony. Luna Llena means full moon in Spanish. This cabin is named for the view of the rising moon over the bay from your patio. You will wake up to sounds of toucans, oropendolas and howler monkeys while lounging in bed watching the sunrise over neighboring Isla Solarte. Enjoy open air hot showers and relaxing on your private deck.

Dos Flores is a two-story guest casita that is open to the beautiful bay and surrounding islands. Dos Flores has 2 private rooms with private bathrooms with hot showers. The upper room is a king sized bed and the lower room is queen sized. Both porches offer incredible views across the lush mangroves and blue waters of the bay.

You will have access to a commercial kitchen to store and prepare your own meals. We do not provide meals, but we provide free coffee and have an honor bar for local beer. Our manager will take you grocery shopping for provisions in Bocas Town before you come out to Reef to Ridge. The kitchen is in a screened living/dining space with television and seating area. There are additional bathroom facilities behind our infinity edge swimming pool. You will have exclusive access to our swimming pool and hot tub.

There is a 2-story tower built for bird watching by day and star gazing by night.

Free WiFi access and clean filtered drinking water are always included.

Our 2 friendly dogs want me to remind you that you must love dogs! They do not go into guest rooms, but they will enjoy your company on the rest of our property.

Reef to Ridge is located off-grid on Isla San Cristobal, 10 minutes by boat from Bocas Town. We include a boat pick up on your check-in date and also on your check-out date. Other transportation can be arranged for additional activities, but is not included. We usually go back and forth to Bocas Town a few times per week. You can ride with us on any of those trips. We are often in town at dinner time, so you can experience all of the culinary delights of Bocas del Toro and still come home with us at night. If you want to use transport at other times, it is usually $5 per person, per way by water taxi. We are happy to help you arrange any tours or other activities and get you the best deals.

Other things to note
Because we collect rain water as our water source and sunshine as our power source we ask that you are conscious of the natural resources and use them sparingly.

We live on an island in the rainforest, so it will probably rain at some point during your stay. We can arrange for as much adventure or relaxation as you would like during your visit!
