This bright two-level studio blends comfort and function with 10-ft ceilings and radiant floor heat. The main floor features two full futons with memory foam, a 60" smart TV, stylish bathroom, and blackout curtains for privacy.

The kitchenette includes a 4-burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, and welcome snacks.

Upstairs, a quiet loft lounge offers a sofa, work desk, dimmable lighting, and ultra-fast 1000 Mbps WiFi—ideal for remote work or relaxation.

Guest access
You’ll have your own private entrance and full access to the studio and upstairs lounge. A key box is available for late arrivals, but whenever possible, I enjoy greeting first-time guests for a brief tour. It’s a chance to get to know each other and make your stay more comfortable.
