This modernly furnished, detached beachvilla is located on the water in a wooded area. A wonderful place to make memories. Enjoy peace and the beautiful view.

The space
A light space with all amenities you need, with a relaxing view over the water.

The 130m2 house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are included. You can make free use of the sauna, the rowing boat and the canoe. There is fast internet available and an ambilight TV with Netflix, Videoland and HBO Max subscription for a fun movienight.

The beach and the sauna are what makes this place so special. The garden is equipped with a picnic table and a dining table with 8 chairs and relaxing chairs.

Children: There are two folding beds, a high chair, a buggy and a removable changing pad available. The children can play with the wood-kitchen, with the duplo train and on the trampoline. There is a lockable gate placed to the beach.

Please bring your own towels so we can check-in you and other guest as early as possible.

The deposit for your stay is 300 euros (cash collected by our manager at check-in).

The house is located with the garden on a swimming lake with beach, at the front of the house you walk into the forest. There is also a lot to do for children, such as swimming, going to the large playground with bouncy castle, on the trampoline or building huts in the woods.

The German border is a 13-minute drive away, with Nordhorn as the first city, an 18-minute drive to Almelo, 25 minutes to the beautiful Ommen, and 30 minutes to the authentic Ootmarsum. Zwolle or Enschede where you can shop extensively are also nearby.
