Fantastic stay. We were away with 5 friends for a weekend in winter. Enough space, great kitchen and excellent beds. Private space with spacious garden and views of meadow. Hot tub is a nice extra. Hiking, biking, sports in a beautiful setting. Friendly and thoughtful owner. Top accommodation.

A wonderful place, with a lot of privacy, in a beautiful environment. The cottage is very fully furnished. Also ideal if you have a dog, due to the fully enclosed garden. A car or bike is useful because shops are a couple of miles away. Nearby you can go hiking (e.g. at the Meeuwenplas) in particularly beautiful nature. Stephan is a friendly and welcoming host. All in all, it definitely makes a place you want to go back to.

A beautiful cottage and everything arranged well. Dennis was very friendly and responded quickly. The Jacuzzi and sauna outside also made it good to stay in colder weather.

We had a lovely stay in this warm, cozy old farmhouse. The jacuzzi was lovely and the atmosphere in the house is unique. Aljanneke is an incredibly hospitable, cozy and warm host who immediately made us feel welcome. The house has every comfort: the kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped and everything is neatly clean and tidy. The house exudes tranquility, you feel right at home. There were a number of nice extras, such as homemade beers and homemade apple juice and jam. We actually wanted to stay in the house all weekend, but with Aljanneke's tips we also went to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the town of Zutphen. There is plenty to do, but the house itself offers enough comfort and tranquility that you don't even need to venture out. All in all, subject to repetition!

Friendly host, beautiful farm with cute animals and a very pleasant atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Fareen's place is truly a gem that you can be lucky to come across. The cabin is located in a park, with multiple other cabins in the area, but still very private and secluded. The view and calmness of the area, combined with the crackling music of the vinyl player (with the enormous vinyl collection) and the warmth of the fire place in the middle of the room, make Fareen's place unique. We will definitely be returning in the future!!

What a lovely place. Absolutely repeatable. Geneva from the lovely Jacuzzi. In the living room (conservatory) with stove, it was very relaxed. Get down on the big sofa. Kitchen in which everything was present, including dishwasher. 3 bedrooms with several mattresses in hardness. Hard, medium and gentle. Communication with Belvilla was not good. There was no response to questions. No communication back. After 10 days contacted the customer service of Belvilla and got the personal number of the owners. With them, the communication by app was perfect. Quick responses. Strange that bell villa was otherwise unresponsive.

We were very satisfied. We felt very comfortable and now in December everything was even lovingly decorated for Christmas. Made us cozy in front of the fireplace and in the sauna, very cozy and Joop is also a very nice host. Anytime again.

Very spacious, clean place good location

It's a beautiful house with a large garden and it's very quiet. I bumped into the neighbors only once. This matches the description as it's exactly as it is described. The house has everything you need, even the little things you might forget yourself.

I had a lovely weekend in this nice holiday home. The holiday home is spacious and comfortable and is located on a beautiful and cozy holiday park. Due to the space location of the holiday homes, you hardly notice that there are other visitors. In the surrounding area, there was plenty to do. It is a fifteen-minute drive to the Sallandse Heuvelrug, where you can take beautiful walks. In addition, there are also plenty of other outings to make, so you don't get bored. There are also plenty of amenities in the park itself. There is a restaurant with friendly service, a bowling alley and swimming pool. For children, there are plenty of playgrounds. You don't have to be bored! The communication with Marina was very pleasant. She was proactive and very friendly. I got a quick response to questions. All in all, a pleasant place to go to.

Unique! Fantastic unobstructed views with lots of privacy. The cottage is comfortable, nice and luxurious. Nice architecture from the area, particularly nicely detailed. We had a nice weekend together with our three adult children. Nearby nice villages, meadow, forests , the Sahara (!), the Holterberg and the Salland ridge. Contact with Jolande was also fine. In short, recommended!

For winter, it is a nice warm cottage at a farm. It was rainy so in the immediate vicinity we didn't walk. I think it will be lovely in the summer. We were nicely received. It has become 2 wonderful days.

We stayed with 7 friends in this house. Everything was well arranged. There were some treats waiting for us on arrival. Karin is a friendly host and provides a very clean house with everything you need. The house has large garden. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax for a bit, this is the place to do it. We brought our 3 young kids here and they had such a great time. The kids were able to really participate in working on the farm. The owners of this place were the nicest people. The earth houses were very nice and modern despite being on a farm. Will definitely be going back soon!!

What a peaceful, relaxing place! Very private, spacious and super clean. The hosts were very responsive. And the saunas are fantastic!! Easy 5 min bike ride into the beautiful town and to the supermarket. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had two wonderful overnight stays in a cozy cottage, horse stables right around the corner, nice for our daughters. Close to the Wezepener Heide and Veluwe for wonderful walks... Recommended!

What a fantastic place! Beautiful house, authentic and modern at the same time, nice rooms, beautiful outdoor area, beautiful natural surroundings and great place to stay together with family or friends for a weekend, although a week we definitely succeeded. Arenda and Klaas are very friendly hosts.

The place was very lovely, clean, warm and very spacious. The kitchen had everything you need. The surroundings were very nice and peaceful. Great areas to go hiking.

Vacation week with a 15-month-old daughter. The house is inside a campsite but everything is perfectly isolated and feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. The fact that it is inside a campsite was very useful because you had access to the camping services and because you could walk around very quietly. Due to bad weather, we could not take advantage of the pool, but it was very attractive. There is also a bathtub for the little ones.

Gerda's cottage is located in a quiet park right next to a beautiful forest. We immediately felt at home, there is a nice atmosphere in the cottage and also the garden is nice and private. Gerda is a likeable host, who came to introduce himself and gave tips for walks. We enjoyed walks in the beautiful surroundings and the games that were in stock in the cottage.
