Our fully updated mid-century home in Harbor Acres, provides a relaxed tropical vibe. The interior space is light and airy with a neutral palette that provides a sense of serenity.

Outside, the large pool deck and 15×30 saltwater pool are surrounded by lush tropical landscaping providing an extremely private area for relaxation.

The space
Bedroom 1: suite with king size bed, features a wall of glass sliders that open directly onto the pool deck, a large ensuite bath with soaking tub, tile shower, and double sink vanity.

Bedroom 2: a king size bed room with an ensuite bath with tile shower

Bedroom 3: twin room with two beds that can be converted to a king with an adjacent bath.

Other things to note
*** Heated Pool***
Our pool is heated to 82F in the winter. If you would like a higher water temperature, we are able to do so for an additional fee of $35 per night .

*** Pet Policy***
We welcome well-behaved dogs up to 25 lbs. Pets should not be left alone in the house without their owner’s supervision. Thank you for understanding! 🐾

** BBQ Grill Policy
To help us keep the grill in good condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you clean the BBQ after use.

If the BBQ is left excessively dirty or requires additional cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of $40 will be charged through Airbnb.
