The villa is located 10 minutes walking to Ubud main road or 5 minutes driving to Ubud Center, where you will find many eating places, supermarkets, souvenir shops, spas, banks, or money changers. The villa is hidden in the middle of wet cultivation rice field which away from busy road, to reach our place you will passing by farmer pathway (around 100 meter)- but accesseable by Motorbike). The location is in a rice field in a peaceful, tranquil environment, yet it is also close to Ubud's center.
The space
The villa is a unit consisting of 3 main parts : full solid wooden house, Garden and pool. The whole villa area size around 10 meter x 12 meter with high wall on both sides of the main gate and bamboo fences on two sides adjecent to the ricefields. The main gate is typicaly Balinese house compound gate decorated by two welcome stone statues. It is overlooking the ricefield on the two sides views. The rice fields ended by tropical green trees.
The wooden house size is 4 meter x 4 meter room , front and sides terrace , kicthenette, semi outdoor big bathroom. This one floor wooden house set on top of amost 1 meter foundation with unique wooden stair and hand railing to access the house . The house is made of solid recycle wood, built by our skillful carpenters who are expertised in building the traditonal Joglo house. The wood may seems not perfect with some attachment as they are not fresh cut from the forest. However, they also have been added by beautiful hand carving to give more classical and etnich accent. The house attached by two sides terraces then covered extended large roof to ensure the room are always covered from four sides from the sun heat. The bed room is king size added by a sofa bed which can be used as spare bed. There is a 32 inch screen smart TV , a make up table with mirror frame and a dedicated working desk in the room.
A kitchenette is set in one corner of the terrace, completed by a 2 burners gass stove, sink for washig the dihes, a fridge, a kitchen cabinet filled by variuos kind of frying pans,pots, silverware, and sort of basic kitchen utensil, electric kettle and a jug of mineral water for the drinking water.
A semmi outdoor bathroom is attached to the house, equiepped by stone bathtub with hot water, outdoor rain shower. There is also a dressing table with mirrorframe and hairdryer.
Guest will be able to enjoy the view of rice field from the the room and from the terrace.
On the side of the house immediately next to the side terace has a private pool of 3 meter x 7 meter , two stone goddesses statues with fountain and jacuzi at one corner. The pool equipped by sun lounger beds on the wooden deck and under Bali big umbrella shade. The pool cirlated by timer which automatically switch on at 9 am and off at 6 pm. At night there will be pool light on the water to make the pool live at night. In the front of the house is green grass yard with plantation garden along with the bamboo fences. The garden is mainly green plants but many colourful plants and flower as well.
There is free space to park motorbike/scooter in front of the private entrance. Any delivery service by motorbike can easily deliver the guest's order just right in front of the private entrance.
Guest access
Guest will have full access privately to the house, kitchen, pool , bathroom and garden.
- There is a private entrance gate to entering your wooden joglo house area. The gate is designed as the traditional balinese house compound. These private area surroundedn by walls and bamboo fence.
- After entering the private entrance gate, little walk on our garden step stones before get to the joglo house.
- in the room : there is a king size bed of bed , bed sides with lamp. The bed is fitted with cotton mosquitoe net. There is also sofa bed which can be used as spare bed.
- There is a smart tv of 32 inch set to the wall at the room corner, connected to wifi ready for youtube.
- There are two tables in the room, one is for working desk with chair and one with mirror for making up or dressing up.
- Air conditioner and ceiling are available in the room.
- There are big slidding glass doors and large glass windows to enable room to overlook the pool and the ricefield.
- The large glass sides set with blind curtain to enable full privacy or reducing light if needed.
- Wardrobe with clothing hangers and safe box.
- There are many plugs available in the room to ensure your various devices always powered , we also provide one 3 holes plug adapters and flashlight.
- There is semi outdoor bathroom attached to the room, equipped with stone bathtub with hot water. There is also sparated hot rain shower completed by toiletries. The bathroom has sink with table with big mirror.
- In one corner of the terrace set a kicthen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensil, frying pans in two diffrent sizes, as well as cooking pots, kitchen utensils, glassware, chinaware, blender and electric hot kettle.
- Outdoor swimming pool with sun lounger, two goddess statues with fountain, at the pool there is jacuzi like at the corner with jet water.
- There are two sides of terraces attached to the bed room with wooden floor. They are overlooking to the garden, pool , ricefield and green tropical tree.
- There is free space for private parking for motorbike in front of the entrance gate.

- Our place is hidden in the rice field, so you need to walkaround 100 meter to reach the house. An experienced motorbike rider may ride trough this pathway, if not it it better to walk.
- Please inform us upfront your arrival time if you need assistance to carry you luggages, or any special request related to your arrivall such early arrival or late arrival.
- Most of the time we will be available at the place as we live next door, please inform us any request or question that you have during your stay with us.
- As we are located in the middle of wet ricefield cultivation and surrounded by tropical trees , for sure there will be close contact to the nature. Guest may find bugs, insect or frog in the area, please inform us if any presence of these animals bother you.

Answer : yes, we can. the price start at IDR 400,000. Please do not hesitate to inquiry to us for your transportation or motorbile rent with us. We are also will be more than happy to share any recommendations for nearby place to visit or activities while you are staying at our place.
Q: Can I check in earlier?
A: Kindly be informed that our check-in time starts from 2 am (Bali Time), and our check-out time is before 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability. Please check in advance with us.
Q: Do you provide meal service service?
A: Kindly be informed that rates do not include meal arrangement however there are a lot of local restaurants nearby.
Q: Do you provide housekeeping service?
A: Yes, fresh linen and towels are provided upon your arrival. For weekly stay linen will be changed twice a week together with general cleaning.
Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
A : This villa is for 2 people, additional 1 children below 5 years old can stay free of charge using the existing bed.
