A 27 sqm studio unit in Amani Grand Resort Residences accessible by a 5–7 minute drive from the airport, catering to long term & transient guests who want to relax, unwind, or just simply have a good rest from short or long haul flights.

Pool and gym are open Tuesdays to Sundays (7 AM - 9 PM), and free for the first 3 guests. A fee of P300 (pool) and P200 (gym) are charged for extra guests who would like to use the said amenities.
Paid parking on the premises is available, kindly inform us ahead of time for us to organize this.
There is a laundromat, convenience store and a pizza place right across the street from the building. Aside from that, you can reach the main road in no time, where there is an array of restaurants, groceries, cash machines, cafes, spas, massage and transportation links.

The neighborhood is located a few minutes drive after exiting the airport. Take notice of the establishments on your left side, and you can see restaurants Chikaan and Rico’s. Turn left on the small road that way, and carefully continue your drive until you see Amani Grand Resort Residences immediately to your right. It is also right across Kiener Condominium.
