Watch sunrise over the water from beautiful screened in porch with cozy furniture, ceiling fans, and dining area. Kayaks, paddle board and lake side seating provided to get you outside and enjoying the amazing nature surrounding the property . Close to lake marinas, restaurants, and downtown Hickory!

The space
The house is designed to be uncluttered and comfortably accommodates up to five guests. It's unique one level layout makes it accessible and comfortable for guest of all ages. The house is well-equipped for convenience and comfort, featuring a walk-in shower, soaking tub, oversized living room furniture, and large screened in back porch with cozy deep seating and ceiling fans. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all necessary cooking equipment and a dishwasher. For outdoor enjoyment, the property offers two kayaks, a paddle board, ample outdoor seating overlooking the lake, a large fully equipped BBQ grill, and a lakeside patio with large wood burning fire pit. After sunset, path lighting provides plenty of illumination. The property has excellent water pressure from a well with a whole house water filter system providing excellent tasting water throughout the house.

Other things to note
My brother-in-law keeps his pontoon boat docked onsite and may access the property’s back yard and dock area on occasion for boat access.
