We are VacationFrioRiver.com, a 5-star resort with an on-site concierge, ready to help you have an unforgettable vacation experience on the Frio River. We conveniently offer a complimentary tube shuttle service to 7 Bluffs Crossing, and after a 2-3 hour float you’ll end right up on our private riverfront shoreline, only a short 200’ walk from your room!

You will be blown away by this tree haus. Not only do you have everything inside the home, but outside you have your own HUGE covered porch, an 18’ jetted cool spa, and an outdoor kitchen space!

Porter's features its own grand porch looking directly at the Frio River! The porch is equipped with a huge outdoor fireplace, plenty of couches/seating, 3 large dining tables—and don’t forget— a 18’ jetted cool water spa overlooking a beautiful view!


[During the months of October-April, the cool jetted spa for this home is not in service, however we offer a grand 14x23’ pool with water feature, shared by guests in the off-season only. From Memorial Day-Labor Day (peak season), the 18’ cool jetted spa is in service, for private use by guests of Porter’s Tree Haus and the 14x23’ pool becomes exclusive to guests of another one of our luxurious homes, Haggville Hacienda.]

Other things to note
We have a complimentary laundry room with commercial front-load washers & dryers available for use.

Bed sheets, protective pillowcases are provided in this rental. Please note that we do NOT provide towels!

No pets allowed due to the type of furniture in this home.

This AirBnb site does not calculate your hotel/motel tax. Once you pick a date, I will counter-offer the price to include the 10% Local Tax Rate. Otherwise you will be required to pay the tax at check-in.

Upon your arrival, a copy of your driver’s license and credit card will be required to put in your file.
